Only a couple of minor gripes. Didn't expect huge breakfast provision but it could easily be better. Tea/coffee/milk/ spreads etc all provided but only a small pack of dry toasts to go with them. It could also do with a kettle, frying pan and small pan.

Great location, good space, great price and good communication from the owner about access etc. Had a couple of questions that were very promptly answered and he was flexible about checkout as we had a late flight. We booked the room last minute as we needed to be in Brindisi a day earlier than expected due to a rail strike. Wanted a place near station, luggage store and bus to the airport. It couldn't be better and we would definitely use it again.

It wouldn't suit me for a longer stay due to the limited space in the room, lack of chairs, limited kitchen facilities, poor view and lack of a nice balcony.

If you need an overnight stop which is very close to the train station/ airport bus, this is perfectly fine. The location near the station isn't the prettiest, but the apartment is functional, clean, has a comfortable bed and nice bathroom etc. It's a 10 minute walk to the lovely waterfront, and the town on the way there comes alive in the evening. Reception was remote and efficient.

Nothing to dislike.

The facilities were clean. Everything worked as described... Air conditioning, tv, shower, coffee, breakfast. Easy check-in and check-out. It is convenient to go to the airport by bus in the early morning as the busses passes 100 meters from there... we took bus around 6 am to the airport. The ticket costed 1.4 euro. it is also convenient to the city center.. there is also elevator but you can also use the stairs.

For us it was perfect location as I wanted somewhere near the airport. The room was great, clean, Comfortable beds, tea and coffee facilities and looks fairly new. Giuseppe was brilliant, very responsive with the message’s and clear check in instructions as we arrived late. Definitely recommend 👍

On the 4th floor within an older appartmentbuilding , several new rooms are created. It looks pretty new on the outside with good beds and a nice bathroom! it's a nice concept to earn your money but there was no atmosfeer. We stayed here in November so with earlier cold and dark in the evening you stay more on your room. The room was a little claustrofobic for me without a nice vieuw. The ' breakfast ' was bad; packed toast with jam, nutella . You could make tea or coffee but without sugar. No plates spoon and knives available. Communication only by app.

I strongly recommend it especially for those who need to use public transportation to explore Puglia from Brindisi as your base town. Very clean, nice room, easy self check in/out and less than a minute walk from the train station ( not noisy at all and I felt safe ). Nice walk to the city centre 👍

There were no kettles and plates, as there are microwaves in the rooms. The breakfest wasnt satisfying, however the location the rooms and the host are worth to recommend
