Room a little smaller than expected

Best location in Taormina. The room was perfect and had amazing views. What a sunrise from this hotel ! The breakfast was magnificent and the service was exceptional. The hotel does not offer parking but you will be directed down the road where you can park within 100 meters from the property after you unload. This parking lot is small but you can park and pay for your days there and you can leave and return with no problem. I emphasize on the location as you are away from the crazy crowds but you are within a short walk from Porta Messina which is one of the entrances into the main area of town and Corso Umberto. This is perfect as you can everything within a short walk from there.

No elevator for entrance but elevator in the building.

The location is excellent! The staff was so helpful and friendly especially Mario. Everyone was so nice to us. Breakfast spread was great.

Very nice location, a 5-min walk to the city centre, 200m away from the cable car that takes you to the Isola Bella beach. Nice breakfast.

Location was perfect, and we had an amazing view from our room. Staff were all very accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. Rooms and gardens extremely comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was also very good.

This is a great hotel with wonderful staff who made us feel really welcome and looked after. On arrival, after a long journey, the manager greeted us with some cold drinks. He also made a personal reservation for us at a really good restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable and the views of the bay were amazing both from our bedroom window and the terrace dining area. The breakfast was abundant and offered a whole variety of freshly prepared food from scrambled eggs and ham to fresh fruit, yoghurt, grilled vegetables, cheese and pastries.

It was all really good. Only thing we missed was an iron in the room

We loved our stay here. The room was good, great view and cleaning was very efficient. The location is excellent - very close to the centre but two minutes walk away, so nice to be away from the busyness. Also very good location for the cable car. Breakfast was homemade and delicious. One day we made use of the partner private beaches, which included transfer from the hotel, and we’d highly recommend

Incredible view and balcony from our room. Excellent staff, extremely helpful and gave great food and activity recommendations. Every request was fulfilled very quickly. Also wonderful breakfast, handmade vegetable dishes and pastries also with wonderful views to eat from.

Having stayed two years ago, I noticed that the hotel appeared a little more "tired' than last time - this was only in regards to the courtyard and external parts of the building.

We stayed two years ago at this charming hotel and loved it so much we returned with our family this time!. It oozes Italian charm - inside and out and the outside courtyard garden is a heavenly escape from the crowds in the town. Its located a 5 min walk from the Corso Umberto - which was perfect. It is also in the same street that has the bus terminal and the cable car down to the beach area - very convenient. There are also plenty of fabulous restaurants in the street if you don't wish to battle the crowds in the town for dinner. The staff were very obliging organising, drivers, laundry or giving advice for activities. The breakfast was a buffet of eggs, toast, continental foods, cakes and cereal and could be eaten in the lovely courtyard or on the terrace overlooking the beautiful beach view. We highly recommend this hotel and is great value for money!

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property

The location is excellent, a few minutes walk to the entrance to Taormina, just down from the funicular which takes you to the beach and just up from the central bus station. I was there for 2 1/2 weeks and it was definitely a home away from home. They gave me a room with a huge terrace, sun beds and a table. There was also a lovely garden, where breakfast and happy hour were. The breakfast was delicious! Freshly cooked Mediterranean vegetables, cheeses, meats, bread and the usual cereals. The highlight was the home-made cannoli.

There are several staircases that are awkward when pulling luggage around to your room. Carry on is fine, but heavier would be very difficult. There is a small elevator that helps.

Nice hotel, great price and slightly off the touristy city but an easy walk to everything we wanted to see. Fun patio, clean room, lovely helpful staff. Happy hour in the garden. Would go back again.

The shower was very tiny.

Beautiful views and very friendly staff, especially Mario. Very cute cat on site. Great patio with lots of seating options to hang out with our larger group. Were able to accommodate a last minute request for a friend that joined the trip late.
