It was beautifully renovated and decorated and exceptionally clean. The location was great and very close to the Duomo, restaurants and shops. We could see the Duomo. from the bedroom window. Quite spectacular to wake up to the sight of the sun on the gold cross on the dome. Marianna was very helpful and easily contacted on WhatsApp. It was our first time staying in an apartment and Marianna made it very easy . Highly recommend this apartment when staying in Florence.

We were unfortunate and had some issues with the air conditioning, which Marianna fixed as fast as she could.

The reviews are very accurate. This is a special place to stay, with a supremely wonderful location and view. It is an old building, dating from the 19th century, so no stairs. Marianna, our host, was one of the most responsive I’ve ever had. She was wonderful in responding to any issues. Highly recommended.

It was a great experience - I am completely happy with my stay.

This was such a wonderful experience. The apartment was better than we expected. It was a large, light, clean, and comfortable space with multiple small terraces . Marianna, the host was so welcoming and warm. She actually carried our bags up 3 flights of stairs for us! Even though we were early to arrive, she made space for us at the apartment so that we could drop off our luggage and even made dinner reservations for us. She was gracious and highly organized. The property is well situated - close to the Duomo as well as markets, a bank, and multiple restaurants. Everything is within easy walking distance. If I return to Florence, I would want to stay here again.

It is a Penthouse which is wonderful but no lift so you need to be ok with stairs. Not a problem for some but harder for others, and luggage… Read the cleaning policy carefully. I think people skip that, I know I did!

Excellent location! And our host Marianna was very attentive - excellent communication about arrival, check-in, things to do. Extra touches like additional WiFi routers throughout the apartment, soaps, shampoos, cleaning supplies.

The 55+steps up to apartment.

Apartment was spacious and near Duomo. The view of Duomo from upstairs loft was beautiful. Nice terrace to enjoy.having a Washer was great, but the dryer took hours to dry.

This property is amazing. Incredible view of the Duomo. Pictures don't do it justice. It's also in a great location. It's very central to everything. It fit our family of 5 perfectly.

Marianna made our stay exceptionally comfortable, the place has everything you can possibly need. The view 😍, the location 😍, the outstanding service. This was our best place to stay so far and we will definitely be back one day.

I knew there were a lot of stairs... and there were, but the apartment made it worth it.

Wonderful location. Easy walking to everything. Marianna was exceptional. Beautiful apartment with everything you could want. I admit to not cooking a single thing, but the kitchen had more than I would ever need. Would stay again and would recommend highly to everyone.

Nothing to say the we didn’t like. It should be noted that the top floor is 3 floors up that are stairs access only.

Our host Marianna was very helpful and attentive, for more than just the property, really for our entire stay. The property was clean, well air conditioned, comfortable and met the needs for our group of 4, a nice style, and very conveniently located.
