hello thank you Peter but I am not happy about your holiday. I have gave you back a lot of money for your fault on booking period, then high consumption about electricity and fees. No documents to register your stay. I am waiting for booking answer about your stay. Plumber is been there in 30 minutes and not for my fault. I have helped you also during the night when you have left all machines, ac and lights on and electricity gone down and with taxi. There are a few rules and easy but sometimes so hard to drive few guests to follow these. I am so sorry to read your rewiew and it is not clear for something. I have lost a lot of money during your stay and a lot tears too. best regards

hello thank you Donna but there is a room with washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board. you are been there 7 days without to find it I am sorry, you did not ask me about it. I have left you also a late check-out, each day I have booked a taxi for you so I am so sorry to write only 9 final rate about something that I have at the apartment but you did not find. best regards

Dear Elizabeth thank you so much for your nice rewiew. about something I am so sorry but all informations about trash are really clear on booking rules so your fault if you don't read it. it is normal to not leave a lot of trash at home, that's is your apartment during your stay so....as at your home....I hope...then it is clear that if there is only one rule clear you can follow it and normal for me to not leave trash at home expecially if final cleaning are included.... About steps you are young and all informations are clear about it, for me it was easy to do when I was pregnant of 2 twins :-) so strange to write something about it....it is like to go in an apartment without a swimming pool writing a negative note if you can not find it....strange and no sense of course. I can suggest you to read better all rules and informations before to book an accommodation, you are an host so....normal to do...or maybe not? thank you for your stay and god Job with your guests at your apartments. For luck I have often smart guests, a lot of my guests read well everything before to book best regards

Dear Lori....thank you for your rewiew but it is really strange and no sense: 1. you have left all 10 on all facilities and final rate is 9....the emoticons are rate so only last one is 10. this happen often with old guests who can not understand very well the sense of the booking rate. 2. negative words on dryer is a no sensi, it has 10 programs so you need to choose the faster, there is the time on each one.....I have left also a video to choose the best one "NORMAL" 3. No sense about stepts, there is not a lift on the facilities list.... there is number of steps on my description so.....if you are not able to use steps....all guests can understand that there is not a lift and number of steps so....the sense after 90 rewiews to write it?? I do not choose an apartment without pool if I want it....I have number of steps on my description, I advised you after your booking....no sense to write it on your rate, I do not write about a facility I have not if I read that there is not before to book....you have asked me about the lift so better to read well the description and list of facilities when the guest needs it or consider it a special and indispensable facility. 4. I read 3 positive words on 2 things and 3 negative on steps. it is really poor after 1 week stay and on an apartment with 3 terraces, and about 20 facilities more that many others apartments on same level. Maybe you have found a lot of apartments with orthopedic beds, 3 kind of cooffe machines, 2 kind of massage machines, ac hot and cold in each rooms, Alexa, assistence h24, wifi fiber, dishwasher, dryer (also fast using correct program), washing machine, ect ect, 50 meters far from the main Cathedral with view. The rewiews are not a joke for an host believe me. And at the end you have left me a big bag of trash....but I did not ask you the extra charge as on my rules.... Thanks for understanding but next time please read better the description, all previous rewiews and rules for check-out. I can understand that not easy to understand an emoticon for total rate instead a number but also comments sometimes are nosense to help the host to improve the apartment At the end we are not near to historical centre but we are inside it....
