A beautiful home, with a perfect view, in a great location. Giuseppe was great, as we were arriving late, he collected us from the airport and took us straight to the accommodation. He showed us things along the journey, like the best bakery, and pizza house, and he gave us invaluable tips on using the buses and trains.

We were asked to leave one hour earlier at morning but we didn’t mind.

Good location, car parking next to the property, there is a big car park, actually you need to pay for it but owner said he kind of have reservation for it, so we didn’t had problems throughout night. But next day we explored park next to car park and little bit of neighbourhood so we paid for staying there a bit longer. 1eur per hour. Owner was very friendly and kind, flat was clean and lovely surprise was even a hair straightener, never had any of those at booking places.

Some may find parking little challenging. Not a big problem though.

Comfortable stay in spacious top floor apartment and with a beautiful terrace to relax. Described accurately and good value for money. Easy access to bus and train station. One stop in train for Pompeii or three stops for the beach. Apartment also well equipped for cooking.

The door was tricky to open with an old style lock and key.

Lovely huge spacious apartment with various terraces so can be in the sun and shade. There is a lift so that’s great of you have luggage and parking in the basement. Giuseppe was an attentive host and made himself available to answer questions by WhatsApp

A bit chilly when went and was a bit frustrating to have to message the owner to put the heating on when we wanted it. Controls were in a locked box. Toilet is right behind the headboard and the cistern was quite noisy through the night. The flush did only work sporadically which may be why it was making more noise. When we told the owner he did ring someone to fix it straight away so this hopefully wouldn’t be a problem for anyone else.

Close to Naples airport. Spacious apartment on the top floor with beautiful views to be seen from the large balcony. Apartment had everything we needed for a self catering holiday. Very useful shop downstairs with fresh bakery produce and essentials. Lovely cafe a couple of doors down which we would recommend as well. Very comfortable bed. Train station 8 minutes walk away for trains to Naples and 10 minute walk for trains to Sorrento. ( both trips worth doing) Bus stop outside for buses to Pompei as well. Scafati is perfectly located for trips out to all the sights and this apartment is perfect to come back to after a day exploring. Clean, tidy and felt safe and secure. Quiet at night time- no road noise. Owner picked us up from the airport and showed us some good places to eat on the way to the apartment. Drove us back to airport at the end of the stay. (Cheaper than other taxi / transfers ) He was easy to contact and great communication before the stay too.

By sheer bad luck, the elevator wasn't working when we were there - a part had broken and it took longer than anticipated to fix. We got more than our fair share of steps in while we stayed here since it's 120 steps up and down! The owner was very apologetic, but certainly wasn't his fault.

The apartment was very spacious and well thought out, although there was only AC in one of the bedrooms. The provided fan did not cool the room enough so our daughter slept on the sofa in the living room with the AC running in there. There is a very large patio outside that was really nice to relax on and enjoy the sunset with a bottle of wine and snacks. A great way to end the day!

The locked parking lot is bellow the house in the basement with very narrow passages. If you have some bigger car it might be difficult or even impossible to park there.

The location is in the center of the town, quite noisy. But if you close the windows then it is OK. Nice views from terrace (very big terrace) Well equipped kitchen. Spacious apartment with two separate bedrooms, kitchen and living room with sofa. Air conditioning in the master bedroom and the living room.

Wonderful apartment, with a beautiful view, sparkling clean. It has everything you need. We loved the huge terrace. The train station is close, from where you can get everywhere quickly. The host was very kind and helpful in everything, he was always available if we had any questions. I recommend this apartment to everyone ♥️

Unexpected Intrusion: an unsettling incident occured when a stranger, claiming to be the owner, entered the apartment WITHOUT ANY PRIOR WARNING. This unexpected intrusion startled both myself and my kids. The individual did not appear to be sober, which added to our discomfort and concern. Check-in Experience: unfortunately our experience with check-in was quite frustrating. Upon arrival, we found ourselves waiting outside the apartment with no responding to our calls or text messages. This lack of communication was disappointing and caused unnecessary inconvenience.

The apartment is spacious, was perfect for our family of five.
