The room was pretty basic but had everything we needed! The snacks/food/drinks were refilled everyday & our host, Cristian, was great and very responsive!

Perfect location in Rome, central to all attractions and close to Trastevere for good food and lively atmosphere. Cristian was a great host who made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, good communication with the host. He responded to our questions quickly. The apartament is very good located, with a nice terrace. The food for breakfast was good and enough for a fresh start of the day.

The toilet could be cleaned better and the free space is a little bit limited in the apartment, but this is not a big problem for tourists.

Perfect apartment for what we needed. Christian was very responsive and we were able to leave bags safely. The balcony was fantastic for sitting out at the end of a long day exploring. Location was ideal for seeing all the main sights in Rome. Overall, a great stay which I would recommend.

Cristian's welcome and hospitality were terrific, and he kindly arranged a private transfer to the airport. The location is superb. It's walking distance to most of Rome's historical attractions and close to restaurants, and a grocery store is just next door. We were also big fans of the building now having a lift 😁

My primary complaint is the bathroom. The bathroom is small , and we understand there are limited options here due to the building itself. More importantly, it wasn't terribly clean. The sink drain did not drain well, and the water pressure in the shower was also poor. In addition, there was a smell in the apartment of poor drains every time we re-entered the apartment until we opened the balcony door or put the air-conditioning on. Also, as mentioned by others, the breakfast options were very limited for a B&B offering.

Great location, easy walk to everything in Rome and Trastevere. Terrace was a lovely bonus. Christian was so lovely and in regular contact, easy interactions.

The location and facilities of the guest house were superb. Cristian ensured that we had a pleasant stay and took care of any requests we had. Fantastic hospitality!

The apartment was beautiful and full of character. We loved the little kitchen and how it was set out. Everything was there that we needed.

The shower was a little bit tight to get in and out of but worked perfectly well. Maybe we will lose some weight before we return!

Lovely apartment in good location for our visit. We wish we could have stayed longer. Very helpful host. Very responsive when our flight was delayed and also cared for our bags after checking out. Thank you so much Cristian!

Nothing! Great for a short stay

The customer service was great. Cristian followed our flight which was delayed and coordinated with the driver so that when we finally arrived our driver was waiting on us. They also contacted our tour guide since we had scheduled a tour for that day and Manuele was able to get us our Vatican tour at a later time. It can be an all in one package if you would like one. We enjoyed the tours that we booked with Manuele. He was very knowledgeable, fun and accommodating any special needs. He shared a lot of great information but kept it very fun and engaging. Would recommend both if you are coming to Rome.

Fantastic host and stunning room right where you want to be. There was lots of amazing little perks which we immensely enjoyed. The terrace with the Junior Suite is incredible! If you are looking for a great little BnB in Rome, book this one.
