The location was excellent. I had the attic room and it was very cozy with cute decorations and thoughtful details. The owner sent me lots of helpful recommendations via WhatsApp. I would definitely stay again!

Everything was great! Steep steps to get to the attic room, so book one of the other two if you can't manage getting your bag up the stairs.

Excellent location. Nice studio with comfy bed, well equipped kitchenette. Breakfast products are in the room so you can have it when you want. Owner even surprised us with fresh croissants in the morning. Owner not present to welcome us but constantly available via WhatsApp to provide all necessary information about the B&B and the city in general.

The shower is a bit special… spills quite some water to the bathroom floor…

This is a wonderful unit and the explanation as to how to enter was perfect! Emilio was very responsive and our breakfast treats he brought we so good! We felt very safe and highly recommend!!

Our host Emilio was very accommodating and had left some gluten free items for me for breakfast as I am Coeliac. Nothing was too much trouble for Emilio. He gave us ideas for Restaurants, attractions etc. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The accommodation was close to many historical landmarks in the area. Close to train station too. We loved it!

Our stay in Benevento at Piazza Roma Rooms was incredible. The location was perfect, right in the central historical district and walking distance from Arco D’Triano. Emilio the host was simply the best. He would deliver freshly baked goods from the local bakery to our door every morning. The room was comfortable, spacious and we appreciated the small kitchenette as well. Benevento is truly a hidden gem, and it’s best described for its people who are friendly, nice and hospitable. Emilio and Piazza Roma Rooms perfectly encapsulates this. We would stay again!

We had a lovely stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit — he even brought us fresh croissants in the morning and provided all the necessary information about the room and the city. The room was cozy, thoughtfully decorated with care, and had everything we needed. It’s located in the heart of the old town, full of atmosphere and just a short walk from the city center. As shown in the photos, there isn’t much natural light in the room, but the artificial lighting is more than sufficient. We also really enjoyed the hydromassage feature in the bathroom. Overall, a great value for money. Highly recommended!

A comfortable room in the very heart of the historic center.

All the parkings both free and paid were occupied, we had to circle around the center a few times in order to find a parking.

Great value for an overnight stay! Great location!

Didn’t realize the ceiling was quite so low. The top floor apartment is really best for one person. Getting in and out of bed one must stay bent and be extremely careful not to bump your head! The Cotton Club was one of the recommended restaurants. Definitely pass on this! Lovely staff but meal and ambiance is poor.

Comfortable, no nonsense apartment in center. Emilio gave a lot! of instructions, by message, photos and video but that was fine. Also came by in person to give us extra coffee and deliver fresh rolls for breakfast which is in your own room.

Everything was fine. After reading and doing the video course (: we even found the apartment and entered easily enough.

I wish all places were this perfect. Emilio was the best host we’ve had in 8 weeks of travel - his communication is exemplary and he gave us so much information. He even left local pastries for us in the morning. Our room was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. We were super close to all the main sights. Thanks Emilio, we’d definitely stay her again.

Very welcoming property in the heart of Benevento. Easy to find and easy check in. The room was very cozy and Emilio (the host) was amazing at helping us find our way around. He sent many recommendations of places to eat and drink along with historical places to explore. He even helped us contact a Taxi service which we very much appreciated. Breakfast was in the room and he brought fresh croissants from a local bakery as well! Would stay again!

Very nice rooms, with everything that is necessary. The host and breakfast were amazing!

It is pretty noisy and you can hear everything happening on the street and in the building.
