The comment about the door is factually inaccurate. The doors are sound proof doors. We have the documentation. There is naturally some noise but not half the noise you would hear in a Rome hotel which would cost more than twice as much. It is of course, very disappointing to receive such a low overall mark. Less than 10 in some of the categories is understandable but overall this place, in comparison to other places in Rome, deserves the top mark. We are also sorry the guests only made positive comments to us when they were here. We would have tried to accommodate their needs if we had known. Thanks very much!
