The staff were so helpful, they even gave us a packed breakfast because we were checking out very early. I don't think you'll find a hotel with a better location. I highly recommend

The hotel is well located in the high city. Our receptionist was friendly and helpful although her English was limited. Overall the staff were helpful - especially with breakfast and car parking. Breakfast was fine and self-service worked well even as served in a small room. Our bed was comfortable and although open to the road, quiet.

Access to the hotel is up a steep set of stairs. The breakfast room was available to use during the day but there was no comfortable sitting room style furniture and no other communal spaces. There was no hotel reception space or lobby. There was one desk chair in the bedroom.

Access to the second floor is only by elevator , Bed and pillows were not very comfortable , the smell of the cleaning products were very strong , noisy room , dark room , limited choices on breakfast.

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is outstanding, the rooms are large and clean and the location is perfect for exploring the historic areas of this beautiful city. And, the breakfast was wonderful! We couldn't ask for more.

The only downside is we had to park our car off-site at a very expensive garage.

Lara and Tessie (sp) were both wonderful and very helpful. The room is beautiful. We had two single beds, as requested. The bath was a good size. The breakfast in the morning was more than substantial. The LOCATION was mostly ideal and the view from the room of the piazza below and bell tower was beautiful (but see below). They arranged for our taxi to the airport. All was really great. I would certainly return.

I wish I had requested a room facing away from the street. While the view was beautiful, the noise from the restaurant below was a bit disturbing and thankfully the bell tower did not chime after 22 hours. Nothing that could not be resolved using ear plugs.

This is a wonderful priced hotel in the middle of Bergamo. Great friendly staff, great breakfast!!

As most hotels in Italy, I needed more mirrors and more hooks to hand clothes and towels.

Surprisingly quiet for it's city centre location. Pleasant staff, reception open 24/7 despite having less than 20 rooms. Air conditioning highly effective. Custard filled croissants and properly made cappuccinos at breakfast.

Breakfast room a bit small if everyone turns up at once. Iffy electrics in bedside lamp (which I forgot to tell them about at checkout).

Central location, very warm welcome with clear instructions, quiet room, good breakfast. 24 he service with good selection of drinks.
