My suite(emerald) was super new and nicely decorated! Room was super spacious and common area also gave a nice sense of home. A great hangout area as well. Views were spectacular. And the location was superb. Staffs and everyone in the team was also super amazing, VIP service for booking and keeping everything in check. For me this place beats many 10 star hotels!

Location can’t be beaten, right in the centre but sound proof large windows - open to the square. Slick furnishings, arguably better than the photos suggest - we were very impressed.

Perfect Hotel for a First Trip to Rome! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was our very first trip to Italy — and to Rome — so naturally, choosing the right hotel felt a little intimidating. We decided on Piazza di Spagna 9 for our family of four (kids 18 and 15), and I can honestly say it was the best decision we could have made. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in the perfect place. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Rome and within easy walking distance to all the major sights. The suites were spacious, beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and secure — truly a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city. But what made this stay truly exceptional was Franco and Emanuele. They were beyond helpful, going above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. They arranged drivers, booked our tours, recommended and reserved amazing restaurants for both lunch and dinner — every detail was taken care of with warmth and professionalism. If you’re visiting Rome and want a place that combines luxury, comfort, and the most genuine hospitality you’ll ever experience, Piazza di Spagna 9 is it. We cannot recommend it highly enough and will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Rome!

Absolutely exceptional! This place truly exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Spanish Steps, surrounded by beautiful, safe streets and upscale shops, with everything you could possibly need close by. But what made our stay truly unforgettable was the outstanding service from the staff. Emanuele and Gianmarco went above and beyond to accommodate our family of five, even assisting us through a complex process to correct an error on two of our return flights, a level of care that’s incredibly rare. Their recommendations on restaurants were spot on, and the apartment itself was pristine, immaculately clean, stylish, modern, and fully equipped with everything needed to feel right at home. We can't recommend this place highly enough!
