Cleanliness, comfort level

This hotel is in a great area with public transportation just down the street. The room is large and the air conditioning works great! Very good value for the price.

There was a plumbing issue with the shower but we just opted not to take one as we only stayed 1 night.

Amazing, renovated and spacious room!Bathroom was made from marble!very tall ceilings and a lot of space!Room was looking very glamorous!!!!5 min walk from main Florence train station and minutes walk to the main Duomo square!we walked everywhere and did not take any bus!The reception was very professional and welcoming!!!Coming back in November!

The bed was really comfortable and the location is in the center of Florence and the deluxe bedroom has a sofa as well

The pillow was pretty shallow

We stayed one night. We were only 500 meters from the city on foot. But the hotel staff were very helpful. They made everything easy for us. After checking out, they kept our backpacks for the entire day so we could move around comfortably. Things like this are very important for travelers. Thank you very much. Additional information: Our room was very large. Our bathroom was very luxurious.

Very well located and the staff are professional. Small observation in the floor of the room we have some tiles removed in the floor-noises when you walk.

The rooms were not exactly "beautiful" but they were very clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It was close to the station and a short walk away from all of the main attractions of the city. The staff were super friendly and accommodating when we asked to leave our bags for a few hours at checkout. For the price it was great value for money and it exceeded our expectations.

The room is soo clean and big. the location is perfect which is close to the main train station by walking and most of the attractions and cafes. Also,the man on the reception is so friendly he let us to store our bags in the reception after the check out which that make our day trip in Florence is nice.

Really outdated but clean. Nice location close enough to the duomo. Bus stop a few steps away. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Room gets cleaned daily. Honestly a very simple room, good for short term stay.

Asked the reception for an iron and was told it’s a two star hotel so no iron. That was such a weird response. If that’s the case should not be charging high rates it summer for outdated rooms then.

By foot it is only 10min from the train station and 10/15min from the city center. The room was very clean and looking like in the pictures.

No fridge. No thing bad per say. Overall, the room felt a bit rustic/too simple. I feel like it is a bit expensive for what I got, but it is the price in Florence during high season I supposed.
