Dear Gertu, we are sorry that our hostel did not meet your expectations. Our hostel is located on the second and third floors of a condo building. The entrance door on the ground floor is a shared entrance and cannot be locked. To access the hostel, it is necessary to have the magnetic key that is provided at the reception of Hotel Domomea; without the magnetic key no one else can access the hostel premises. The safety of our guests is therefore guaranteed. We hope you had a pleasant time in Alghero, best regards.
