We love loved the location, it was lovely to stay within the old town. All the thoughtful touches within the suite - the thick curtains to block out dawn so you could sleep in comfortably. The air con was on chilling the room beautifully as we arrived from a hot day of travelling. Breakfast thoughtful inclusions for all tastes.

Right in the historical district of Pienza yet completely quiet at night. We slept with the windows wide open. Everything was within a 10 minute stroll. This felt like a classic Tuscan room. Beautiful wood ceilings. Great rental.

It's truly a dream stay—perfect in every way. The location is excellent, and the interior design is stunning. They even provide the best capsule coffee in the world! This is the most satisfying hotel/Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, hands down. The staff is outstanding, with incredibly fast responses. Plus, they offer free luggage storage. I’d recommend it to everyone!

Wonderful in every way. Great location, great host communication, fantastic super clean apartment with the bonus of phenomenal views of the Val d’Orcia from the terrace — especially at sunrise, and a super value. The unit was impeccable and Leonardo was a tremendous host — very accessible and prompt in his communication. This is our second stay at one of his properties and we’ll certainly return.

We arrived on a busy Sunday afternoon (our fault) and it was difficult to find a parking place.

The location was a trip into the Middle Ages with modern comfort. Located inside the walls of Pienza everything could be reached within a short walk.

Very nice suite. The room is clean. The host is very helpful to assit me. I don't have access to internet before I arrive. The host tried to connect me in various ways. Finally he connected me via wechat and I was able to get in the suite. I am very impressed.

The suite was ideally located at the end of the village in a calm street. The hosts were very welcoming and available for any inquiry I needed. The A/C was much appreciated and the cleanliness was impeccable. I'd definitely stay here again if I came back.

While we never failed to get an adequate shower, the water pressure and temperature were less than consistent and required some patience to deal with.

Pienza is a small town and our rooms were on the furthest end from the roads, it didn't matter. We easily got our bags there. Our rooms were well appointed and comfortable, the owners have done a nice job blending modern needs while retaining the charm and quirks of the old building. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. There was a welcome basket of packaged pastries and a bottle of water, which was nice. The managers/owners run a small shop below the rooms, so if you need anything during the day, there is always someone there. The town itself is very cute and picturesque. In general, this is a town to enjoy the atmosphere, the views and overall experience, not one for museums, art and churches. It suited us well as our first stop after Rome, allowing us to slow down to a more typical Italian speed.
