Very clean hotel, comfortable, perfect for family stay. Good start point for travelling Tuscany. Delicious breakfast, people are sunny! Highest stars for this good, better als more expensive hotels!

Perfect location on our route down to the south of Italy. Very close to Lucca. A comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Convenient car park. Good breakfast.

Spacious and clean rooms, easily reachable by train. Solid alternative to hotels in Lucca!

Staff was great! Rooms are wide and the best is cleaning is really excellent.

Everything was great, clean room, comfortable beds, parking free and payed 3 euros underground, we parked up for free, very nice staf very helpful, good Italian breakfast I mean Italian Italian coffee and sweets, and a couple kinds cold cuts, overall very good.

The staff was super friendly, nice and helpful! The room was clean! It was overall a good experience!

The Wi-Fi wasn't working for part of our stay. It was really hot and we could not set the room temperature lower than 21 degrees.

Big thanks to the housekeeping team — everything was so clean and the towels were perfectly fresh, like new. Truly top-notch!

Really comfy beds, big room, big bathroom which is not typical in Italy. Very clean and tidy place. Everyone in hotel very friendly. Parking behind hotel with camera for free, plus additionally garage for 3eur a night. Flippers and gym. Restaurant under hotel.

Air-conditioning that you can't adjust. It was too cold for us but because we got room overlooking the main street where is also some industrial garage, we couldn't keep the window open since it's loud. Breakfast is till 9.30 only and very mostly sweet. Also pay attention to check in time when booking.

The hotel charged us for the night even though we didn't sleep there. When booking the night I clearly asked for a quiet room. Unfortunately, the hotel assigned us a room in which, due to the loud, irritating, "buzzing/mechanical" noise coming "behind the walls", it was impossible to rest/sleep. The noise was confirmed by the receptionist, whom I asked to go with me to the room to confirm our complaint. Unfortunately, the receptionist, despite our repeated requests, refused to assign another room, claiming, for example, that it would be even louder on the first floor. Wanting to sleep at night - after all, we pay a lot of money for it and have the right to rest - we had to find another hotel in the area. Unfortunately, although the hotel did not fulfill the agreement to provide us with a quiet night, it illegally charged us for the night despite our lack of consent. The receptionist absurdly argued that we would be charged because the time for free cancellation had already passed.. but the hotel did not inform us at that time that they were unable to provide us with the quiet accommodation we requested when making the reservation, so how were we supposed to know that we had to cancel the reservation and look for another hotel? In summary, I strongly advise against this hotel if someone is looking for a quiet accommodation!!! Last but not least unfortunatelly also Bookig did not provide any support to clarify the problem.

Hotel Plazza is located in Porcari, 10 km east of Lucca, and it is close to the train station (100 metres). The hotel surprised us with its cleanliness, the size of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff.The hotel is quiet, everything works (air conditioning), there are mosquito screens on the windows - although it was not yet the season. It is easy to reach, has free parking and is a good base for trips to Lucca and the surrounding area. Breakfast was included and was varied enough. We were very satisfied.

Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit, cereal, cakes, jams, bread, yoghurt, biscuits, cheese/ham/salami all served with fresh juice and barista made tea or coffee in a cosy dining room.

Whilst tucked away from the main shops, it was quiet and convenient for us coming by car with plenty of free parking. On arrival the reception was friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and smelt fresh and clean with excellent facilities including tea/coffee making with cups. Overall a very good experience and good value.
