The location of the villa was perfect. It was close to many wineries and Pienza, but far enough of the city to be very peaceful. We had an amazing view of the fields, especially at sunset. The host was very kind and welcoming.

There was no air conditioning but we managed ok with the ventilator(fan).

Location was nice very close from town(something like 5 minutes by car) and in quiet green idyllic area. Also close to Montalcino and Montepulciano. Host Lucia was really very helpful trying very had although not fluent in foreign languages using a translator if necessary. breakfast was descent. WIFI was good. Simple spacious farm house. There is a shared kitchen and veranda and garden with tables chairs and sun beds. Plenty of Parking on site available. Drying rag available in case you need to wash clothes.

The only small complaint I have is the water pressure so sometimes you have to wait in the shower for it to come on, but that didn't spoil the overall impression. I believe they fixed it in the meantime.

Since I was traveling by car, it was important for me to have a secure parking space. The property is in a perfect location. On the one hand, the silence of nature on the property, but literally a few minutes drive to Pienza through beautiful countryside. Everything was clean and tidy. The hosts are very friendly and live in the house so they are always happy to help. Frenkly, I would repeat this accommodation.

It is located on the top of a hill giving you the chance to enjoy the gorgeous scenery even more. The house and the room we stayed in was very homey and beautiful. Everything was spotless clean, even the linens had an incredible smell. The host Lucia was so very kind and friendly. We had the chance to enjoy the infamous breakfast she prepares with homemade products. Waking up and opening the window blinds was the favorite part of our stay. The scenery was breathtaking.

Our stay was really great! The place is not far from Pienza and other attractions. It sits on the top of a small hill giving you beautiful views during sunset (we went in autumn there). We had a pet with us. It was not problem to have the pet there as well. The room was super great! We also took the breakfast prepared by Lucia. It was delicious, with local produce, cakes, homemade cheese, yogurt and more! We loved it and really recommend it.

My wife and I stayed at Podere Cacchini. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, Lucia. The place is amazing—calm, cozy, and we felt very comfortable. Not to mention the sensational breakfast she prepares with great care, featuring fresh pecorino cheese, incredible pecorino milk yogurt, cake, and juice... Everything was fantastic. The cleanliness of the place is top-notch; it’s very fragrant and everything is spotless. I recommend it to everyone if you want to be in a calm place near Pienza, Montepulciano, and Montalcino—beautiful and charming towns. We would go back a thousand times! Grazie mille!

Everything. Excellent location, great facilities for self contained stay, with the option of breakfast provided. Brilliant for a long stay. We stayed only had 2 nights, but could easily return for a week. Picturesque, the Owner is a wonderful woman that didn’t speak much English (she is learning more) but she Google translates everything so you are throughly informed. It was sad to leave here!!! Close to lots of hilltop towns, which made it a great base. So lovely and quiet in the evenings, you will experience the Italian rural evening light. Loved it.

Loved everything about this accommodation. Our hosts were extremely lovely and accommodating. The breakfast was outstanding with farm fresh produce. Luccia was a delight. Such a great place to base yourself in the Tuscany country side and very close to all the sights. We highly recommend this accommodation it has been our favorite to date. We love to chill, listen to our music and have a couple of quiet beverages with views so it ticked all the boxes for us.

It was a pleasure to stay here. We enjoyed everything from this house that is fantasticlly located. The room was clean and nice arranged. The terrace is wonderful for reading a book or enjoy a glass of wine. The host family is very nice and kind, they came with some recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat that were also very good. Will always come back when in Tuscany. I totally understand that it is not possible to install an AC system in a building like that, but at least they could provide a ventilator ( fan ) in the room. We had a room on the first floor and it was very hot during the night so the sleep quality wasn't great. The insects net on one of the windows of our room was broken, so we had a lot of mosquitoes in the room.

The location is outstanding, located on a hill, offering an amazing panorama. It's a quiet place, the room was clean and the host was extremely polite and helpful. One evening we had dinner on the terrace, eating local cheese, drinking local wine and admiring the amazing panorama. It was a unique Tuscan experience that worth all the money.

Beautiful B&B with stunning outlook, 5 min drive to town and great central location for exploring the Tuscany and Umbria regions. Luccia, our host, was very accomodating, spoke very little English but we managed to communicate through google translate. We stayed 3 nights and loved it. Luccia did our washing, which was very kind and helpful. We had a large room with seperate ensuite with gorgeous views. There is no air conditioning so may be warm as the weather warms up, but it was fine for us mid June.

The host of the place was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, close enough to many beautiful sites of the area. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view outside. The shower had a good pressure of water and there were no plumbing problems at all, which was a rare experience for us in Italy.

(The view of the Tuscan Great Plains is spread out from the accommodation. 3. The owner is very kind. (There‘s no problem with the language at all, the Google Translate app is enough to communicate.) I don’t doubt it‘s the best accommodation.

Our family had a fantastic stay in 2 rooms at Podere Cacchini. We were met by Lucia as we arrived and she was present to check in on us each morning to serve breakfast (if desired) and make sure all was well. We tried our best with Italian and filled in with her capable translation app for fluid communication. The accomodations were lovely, clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the common spaces - the kitchen had all we needed, the inner living room was comfortable and the outside patio was delightful for breakfast and afternoon breezes and watching the sunset. The property is gorgeous, just outside of Pienza and easy access to many other towns and sights. The views are beautiful in 360 degrees. We enjoyed both the full (dolce with added bread, meat, cheese and jam) and dolce (yogurt, coffee/tea and cakes) breakfasts that Lucia offers for an additional fee at your request. She effortlessly provided a tasty spread at your requested time and even added a delicious large tomato from the garden one morning. Towards the end of our time we brought in our own meats/cheeses/bread and snacks for lunch and evening chartcuterie - I wish we had thought to do more of this sooner to relax and enjoy our time in Tuscany and the lovely space at Podere Cacchini. We highly recommend a stay here for a true Tuscan vacation!

We loved everything about this place. The location is in the middle of nature, tipical Tuscany farm, but easy to get to surrounding cities like Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano. The host is lovely and very helpful. We had an amazing breakfast with local products.
