Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. The adapting of the dinner menu for our dietary requirements was fairly ordinary, could have been a little more interesting.
Lovely breakfast and we enjoyed the wine tasting and dinner. Service and friendliness was fabulous from booking through to departure.

A little remote, couldn’t really walk at night, so we had dinner as didn’t want to drive anywhere, but we weren’t keen on the food at €100 per person (with wine)

We liked everything about the location, lovely reception, amazing view and property, we felt very welcomed and our room was very comfortable, clean, quiet. 10/10! We would love to come back again, thank you!

A lovely hidden gem near Lago d'Iseo, with vineyards and cozy rooms (one also with a jacuzzi!) with an amazing view over the hills around. I strongly suggest doing the wine tasting, not only for the variety of wines to try (and their quality) but also for the delicacies that they serve you, all from local producers. The love the owner and Sabrina have for the place is impressive. I am happy we could taste for a few days this dream!

Place was really wonderful! Friendly host and his family met us upon arrival and provided short excursion in their vine cellar! This place deffinitely stayed in our best memories! Suggested restaurant for evening dinner was local, with wonderful atmosphere and amazing food! :))

The perfect stay. Upon arrival we received a warm welcome from Sabrina, who showed us our beautiful room on the ground floor, with beautiful design furniture, an amazing view, a lovely garden and nice terrace. Every morning she made us a lovely delicious breakfast, gave us perfect dinner recommendations and even made reservations. I had some work to do and was able to work in the upstairs office, complete with coffee and a stunning view. They also have an immense wine cellar with some real gems. Our small dog Smokey felt at home immediately and received many cuddles throughout our stay. It truly was a perfect location with great WiFi, free parking and the most friendly staff possible, although we think more of them as friends now - we will be back.

Great welcome by Andrea. Beautifully made rooms with all natural materials. wonderful view of the valley below, especially on misty autumn mornings.

We booked a king room with garden view which was supposed to be 40m2 but was 20m2. This wasn't so bad as the room was still nice. But we also booked this hotel because it said there is SPA access and "the sauna is the standout feature of this double room" and when we asked about this it seemed they didn't want to offer these things at all and we were told that sauna is 100eur for 2 people. There is also no restauraunt and the only way to have lunch or dinner is to drive 20 minutes, so it would be nice if they offered food. They do offer snacks for 80eur. So although the location is beautiful and views amazing, there is not much to do there. We also asked about wine tasting and felt quite uncomfortable as it looked like they didn't really want to do it and we were told we can do it tomorrow (on the day we were supposed to leave) so we declined. We actually booked this hotel because it was a rainy day and we wanted to have a nice SPA and wine tasting but didn't get either. On checkout I was promised the invoice will be sent to my email, I have since asked it three times and no response.
The location and views and amazing. The design of the hotel is very nice. And we loved the cat Belen. :)

They are not taking care of properly of the property, from blocked drainage to AC mishaps. Very disappointed and very expensive for what accurately is.
