The location was perfect as we were attending a wedding just a couple of minutes drive away. The view was amazing, we felt relaxed right away

The shower downstairs was only covered by curtains that were too short so resulted in a wet floored bathroom after each visit

    Property response:

Thank you for your review! Your opinion is very important to us and we are sorry that you did not mention the shower curtain during your stay, we are always available for our guests. In any case we hope that you could enjoy the view of the hills that offers the bathroom upstairs complete with shower. We look forward to welcoming you again!

We absolutely loved staying here! The view together with the pool was absolutely stunning. The apartment had everything we needed and was super fresh and clean – even scented candles, which made it feel extra nice. The beds were really comfortable too, which made it easy to relax. We also received a lovely welcome gift, which was such a thoughtful touch – thank you for that! Our hosts, Georgia and Luca, were incredibly friendly and always quick to respond to any questions. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible. A big thank you – we will definitely be back!

I do not write review but this time I MUST! Nestled in the heart of Tuscany, this villa is nothing short of breathtaking. Surrounded by lush green fields and vibrant landscapes, it feels like you've stepped into a living painting—where every view is more picturesque than the last. The journey to the property itself is an experience: a charming road lined with colorful wildflowers, a quaint tram track, and a distant tunnel that adds a touch of whimsy to the scenery. Spring, especially in early May, is the perfect time to visit. The weather is ideal—not too hot, not too cold—just the right balance to enjoy the outdoors comfortably. Sunrise and sunset here are truly magical, casting golden hues across the rolling hills and creating unforgettable moments. This villa holds a very special place in my heart—I proposed to my girlfriend here, and she still describes the entire experience as something straight out of a fairytale. The host was absolutely wonderful—genuinely kind and attentive. We were warmly welcomed with a complimentary bottle of local red wine and enough freshly ground coffee to enjoy throughout our stay. Every detail made us feel at home, and we left with memories we’ll cherish forever.

    Nothing.

The location is magnificent, the Appartament is surrounded by incontaminated nature. The white road that leads you to the structure is picturesque, as it’s submerged by the Tuscany hills. The house has everything you need for short and long term stays. What stands out from our stay is the beautiful Infinity pool, where you can relax, enjoy the panorama and have a refreshing dip. You can see that the owner has an eye for detail as the mosquito curtains allow you to sleep with the windows open and therefore listen to the sounds of nature without the risk of waking up with mosquito bites everywhere. The communication with the agency was clear and easy. The only regret we have is to have not booked more nights ….we will definitely be back 🙏 10/10

The location is beautiful and picturesque - as pictured online. It was nice and quiet and a beautiful area in all. The house was really nice and as pictured online. Kitchen facilities were usable and the netflix tv was a great addition. Hosts replied quickly to enquiries and the lady who came past to help us with things was very nice. Shower pressure and bathroom facilities were great (however the hair dryer that was supplied did not fit in the powerpoint socket on the wall?), also the main shower head falls off easily so be careful. Indoor split systems air con/heaters work very well. House itself is very beautiful, as are the views!

The pool was clean however there were water bugs and lots of curled up millipedes sitting at the floor of the pool, as well as wasps all around the pool chairs - I understand it's the countryside however if the pool was cleaned every so often and a wasp deterrent were added it would've been alot more comfortable. The active water bugs/wasps prevented us from swimming which put a big damper on our trip. We also asked before arriving whether or not the house had basics like olive oil/salt etc. and they said it's best to buy before coming, so we did - but there was plenty of olive oil and salt when we arrived so it was a bit wasteful. There also was no washing machine detergent or bin bags so we had to go and buy our own which was a bit frustrating considering it is long stay accommodation and the supermarkets were not close. Also there are no flyscreens on any doors or windows and there are heaps of different bugs and insects, we were sad to have to leave all windows closed during our stay but even so the bugs still found a way in every night. I'm from Australia so I'm used to bugs! but this got annoying to deal with everyday and made it hard to relax.

Thanks for the suggestions of improvement! As a result of your review, we installed mobile mosquito nets in all the windows of the apartment to make our guests' stay even more comfortable. As for the pool being immersed in nature there is the maintainer who every day takes care of cleaning with a professional robot. We hope to host you again!
