Everything!

From the moment we entered this property, we felt something special. My 1st expression was, "paradise on earth", What makes this place special is not only the physical aspects of the property like pool, grounds, gardens, rooms, ... etc. ... it is the people behind it. The two sisters Juliana and Paula, along with their family members, are worth all the praise in the World. They have been doing an amazing job keeping their Grandpa's and Dad's legacy and vision alive. Wait, that is not all. You must meet Laura, the breakfast Queen. She serves with grace and a genuine smile. What else does this World need? When I say, paradise on earth, I mean it.

Everything... It was a Tuscan paradise! The owners Giuliana and her sister run this B&B; a multi-generational family business, created by their Grandfather then their Father. They welcome you with generosity and modesty, with a beautiful, kind and generous team. The location is perfect, surrounded by olive and cypress tress, lavender gardens with many butterflies and bumblebees. It's kept private and unique, not far from local markets and restaurants. The pool was big, clean, beautiful and charming. Laura's breakfasts were beautiful, balanced, diverse, and rich. The restaurant was excellent, delicious, real Tuscan high quality menu, and their own wines and olive oil were specially excellent and delicious wines. It was an unforgettable experience, and we Weill certainly return many years to come.

It was not so much a dislike, but rather an inevitable discomfort. My husband and I have neck and back pain often when away from home and our own beds, here our bed-mattress was a little older and uncomfortable for both of us, and it made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The people, the view, the tranquility, the food…. It was our second time there. And we brought a couple of friend to enjoy with us.

The breakfast can be improved

Wonderful place, very clean, tidy, wonderful gardens, good food good breakfast, sweet staff.

The bed was not very ergonomic for our choice, sound isolation between rooms can be improved.

We loved the property. Large, clean rooms. Beautiful landscaping, relaxing area, excellent pool, delicious breakfasts and dinners. Near autostrada for day trips. Excellent staff.

Due to government regulations, there was no air conditioning on. During the day was warm, but fortunately we were on a trip or at the pool. At night, it cooled down. No screens on the windows, so we could not open the windows at night due to mosquitoes.

It's absoulately beaudtiful! If you're looking for a getaway in middle of tuscany, this could be perfect place. My friend and I went there at the end of our 10 day trip in Italy and we just wanted to relax.

If you don't have a car, it's difficult to get around. Call the accomodation in prior to call you a taxi before your arrival because they don't have Uber or taxi available at standby.

The restaurant on the property is excellent and good value for money. The room came with a large terrace which we enjoyed. Breakfast was also very good.

At times it was a little noisy. One day the lawns were cut, which is fine if you are out during the day, and of course it's got to be done, but it just went on all day.

Beautiful villa in a very picturesque place. Very good location to travel around Tuscany. The staff is very friendly. There is a restaurant at the property, which is great benefit and breakfast was also quite good.

If you want to go out somewhere without a car, it is quite complicated. There is no public transport, so the only option is taxi, which is too expensive.

The people are so nice! The view are amazing! Breakfast very nice. I would like to go back soon .

Everything was excellent! The place is beautiful, location great (not far from Florence but still in the countryside). The food was excellent and the owners were so friendly and helpful.

Breakfast good and pool excellent. Staff friendly and organised. A relaxing oasis in a hectic world.

The room was dark and the tv and internet poor. Unfortunately the weather was cold and raining. But when the sun came out the views were beautiful.

Friendly staff - help with luggage. Food OK but menu lacked variety and fish dishes, (same menu throughout season?) Good variety of food for breakfast but could do with a toaster. Superb views down the valley.

Steep stairs but no lift - but we had help from a young lad. Shower had no grab rail or soap/ shampoo tray. Room too close to public outdoor dining area and non residential guests very noisy late into the night 23:00/23:30 - couldn't sleep well.

Great spot with very clean well maintained and lovely pool area. The restaurant was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful . Good walks and cycling locally

Wonderful place, the owner is extremely polite, discreet, speaks English well. Great food - dinner is "heaven in your mouth". Very good base for visiting Tuscany. We will definitely come back here.
