Really nothing negative - if I had to pick two things one would be I’d love for the road to be paved and two, there is a sign on the road (maybe there is but I didn’t see it)

We had an amazing stay of four days here. The place is beautiful and surrounded by an idillic landscape. The host was so kind and thoughtful. The food of the restaurant is very good. The room was perfectly clean.

So quiet, the most amazing views. 20 min from Siena. Amazing road through the Tuscany landscape from Arezzo to Siena. The place is great, with a common kitchen area with all the basics, a big fridge to store your stuff, delicious coffee on the house. Cristina is so kind, really the best stay of our road trip. Beds are comfortable, rooms spacious, they added foldable bed for our son.

Very nice room, close to Siena, montalcino on a beautiful Tuscan hill. Easy checkin and clean, recent tastefully renovated rooms. Would strongly recommend. Common room amenities to have breakfast and free coffee & tea.

Place is really lovely, clean and comfortable. Location is great for driving around and exploring Tuscany. Cristina is really helpful and nice. You must also try the food in their family restaurant downstairs!!

Great location in the middle of nowhere, but close to town. We were just passing through, but we simply loved the place. Good dinner downstairs, comfy beds, air conditioned, very clean, great view. Would definitely stay here again.

Property does not show up as being close to via, but you can actually get there on the trail. We took the road and I highly suggest looking up the alternative route to avoid the road.

Beautiful property with a restaurant on first floor. Make sure you go when restaurant is open, it is excellent. Felt like we were part of a true Italian restaurant, I think we were the only English speaking guests. The rooms were very tad fully decorated and seemed brand new. The host was very helpful.

We were Walking the Francigena and the map software took us on the highway which was dangerous . We discovered a path out the back of this property that connects to the Francigena. It would be great to let people know this.

The location has a great view of the Tuscany fields and the room was very clean, nicely organized and very comfortable. The view from all windows (including the restroom) was very nice. The chairs and table in the patio are very nice touch.

We are so happy we chose this hotel. The first photo on Booking could be a picture of the property instead of the name, which would attract more attention. We liked the location; it is very beautiful and cozy. The hotel is brand new, beautifully furnished. We liked the self check-in and check-out. We had our own food. There was a kettle in the room. A shared kitchenette in the common area had everything we needed. It was a perfect stay. There is a good restaurant downstairs, and it was very quiet from 11 PM onwards, with beautiful views from the windows. The rooms are nicer than in the photos. Design is important to me, so the photos on Booking were a bit misleading with the cold wall colors, which made the furnishings look a bit older.
