Where i should start... The place is amazing! Entering the yard there are pathways guiding you to the parking spots (which are covered with a shed) and you see the beauty of a well maintained property. Beautiful and green grass yards, cozy pergola, beautiful views all around and a small garden on the back side where the hosts are growing part of your breakfast. The room - very spacious, clean and the bed really comfortable. In front of the room you can find tables with chare on something like a terrace, so you can enjoy the peace outside. The bathroom was equipped with everything you need and the shower cabin is very big and comfortable. At breakfast our host Mauricio offered us amazing breakfast with a lit of home made products a we had a small talk. Very charming person. The Cascate is on a 3 minutes with a car so it's not far. For dinner you can find good restaurants at Montemerano. Definitely will come back some day.

Best location, amazing hosts! Breakfast is great with homemade cakes and cornetti, proper coffee and cappuccinos. The rooms are tidy and clean, the people are super friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone. Can’t wait to go back to this place.

Maurino is awesome, he prepared breakfast for us, recommended some towns for our trips. Wonderful service. New remodeling property, new bedding. 10 minutes drive to hot springs.

Modern and clean property set in a beautiful rural property - surrounded by orchards and farms and a very short drive to Saturnia. Good communication with the host who attended to all of our needs. Breakfast excellent with a choice of Italian or English breakfast. This is a fantastic base to explore surrounding Tuscany region and the small ancient villages such as Pitigliano.

This is an exceptional property located in the heart of the Marrema. Maurizio and his family were incredible hosts . They made us breakfast to order and literally everything was homemade. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay, and we will definitely stay with them again we feel like we made friends and we cherish their time with them. Highly, highly recommended

This was our third trip to the Saturnia Hot Springs (terme). This hotel’s location is optimal. Very very close. The staff was very friendly. We got there on the busiest day of the year and they gave us all of the dinner options and called around to make reservations. They went the extra mile. They also were supper friendly. Our room had a spacious bathtub that could fit two adults. Rooms were very clean. The breakfast was really good and fresh. It was included in the reasonable room rate too! They made fresh many of the items them selves. As we were leaving they provided us with some additional places to visit while in the area. Just can’t quantify they friendly and helpful staff. Family owned and run. Our family really liked this place and if our travels that us back to this part of Italy we WILL stay here again . The price to value is exceptional.
