Dirty and very industrial neighborhood. Need to drive or use public transportation to the center.

Comfort and spacey room, Clean. Very nice breakfast. Room has private parking right in front of the complex. Even outside of the complex is industrial and rather dirty inside is very nice and tidy. It was good as an anchor point on arrival to Sicillia. Good value for money.

Host does not speak English, but is still eager and happy to help us! Location was off center, in a warehouse-like neighbourhood.

Nice and very clean rooms. Equipped with A/C, fridge, comfortable mattress and all necesities. Balcony (no view though) to get fresh air. Host was very friendly and helpful. Fully equipped shared kitchen for any cooking needs.

the balcony next to our room was a shared space for smokers. We had to have the blinds closed all night.

The staff member that showed us the room, worked really hard with us to help us understand them. they recommended a few great restaurants and shops nearby, explained how to use the key and made sure we were happy. the breakfast was also very good, however the coffee was a bit bland. parking was right in front of the place.

The location for a "bed & breakfast" is a bit odd. It is located in an old office building behind a gas station. We had a hard time at first figuring out where to go. The outside of the building doesn't look so nice, however once inside this "b&b", all of the rooms were very nice and clean and it was very quiet at night. This is not really a walkable part of the city, so this place is best when you have a car and need a safe place to park it at night.

The room was very large and clean. The bathroom as huge. Everything inside the inn was very clean and organized and they did offer a complimentary coffee and pastries in the breakfast room in the morning. We had a rental car, so it was important for us to have a secure place to park, so there is private parking available right in front of the building and visible from the breakfast room. The WiFi seemed to work well.

First of all, there was no English speaking person although in the comments it was stating to have. Also, we received an email regarding a change in the dates of the reservation although we didn't request it. In the end, it turned out that it was by mistake but I spent almost 3 hours trying to fix the issue before we arrived. My last day The location was really bad. It was an industrial area. There is a lift that creates noise - did not feel comfortable at all. The room was okay but there was almost no natural light. The toilet was funnily small. In the end, we didn't stay there although they had the full price.

We didn't even stay here. Only thing I can say is it's a budget hotel. If you have a relative at the hospital nearby, go for it.

I suggest there would be a kettle in each room for a cuppa.

Very helpful to check in although there was no one & we checked in early. Very clean premises and ideal as parking is provided.

Surprise hidden gem of a place. Very nice staff that were very helpful! Modern, clean rooms with comfy beds. Nice atmosphere, very arty!!
