Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwedenRome is pricey, so the hotel is still expensive. Not much of in-house facilities more than a breakfast room and two benches in the lobby. Noises from plumbing (flushing toilets and showering on the floors above) are very noticeable at least for the rooms facing the courtyard at lower floors. A neighbouring restaurant has their kitchen facing the small courtyard which produces some noise. However, not early in the mornings or late evenings/night. Hopefully the upcoming renovations will fix cracked floor tiles in the shower, rusting light fixtures and insufficient ventilation in the bathroom. Also the electricity could get an overhaul. The outlets are still of the ancient three-pronged Italian type (but modern European flat two-pronged plugs fit ok-ish) and a few light switches are a bit sketchy.
Reasonably priced 2-star hotel in an excellent location for a tourist. Short walking distance to all sights. Good restaurants, shops and markets nearby. The hotel is old and worn, but the new management is planning to renovate the rooms in early 2025. High ceilings and large bathrooms (at least the family room we stayed in). Also, the four-person family rooms have proper beds for four adults, not just sofa beds or kids beds. Small but but reasonably priced and adequate breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful staff at breakfast and at the front desk (open 24h). The hotel can arrange airport transfers both with car and minibus. Fire doors and other safety equipment seem to be fully modern.

The size of the room was smaller than expected and the bed was two single beds joined together which made it uncomfortable during the night as they would separate. Also keep in mind there's no amenities in the room, no fridge, no kettle or tea.
The location was exceptional and the staff were really friendly in particular Monica.

Spain1 big bed was confirmed, but they only have two twin beds put together, without any secure to keep them united during the night; so it was very uncomfortable. Also, cleaning was not the best, specially in the bathroom. Besides this, breakfast is really basic, with machine coffee, non-fresh juices and industrial pastry; not many proteins or options.
The staff is very kind (Jazmine i.e.), and the fact they gave us an early check in and 1 hour late check out.
