I liked everything!

So excited about our stay! It’s a very welcoming place with nice people working here. They gladly helped me with all my questions. Such a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. Quiet district, yet not so far from everything you need: cafes, the old town, a supermarket, the railway station. The breakfasts are good, too. I came to Crema for Call Me By Your Name, the movie that captivated me at first sight. Now I can say that I fell in love with Crema as well, and Ponte di Rialto was part of this experience. Felt so sad to check out. Grazie mille!

The staff were very helpful, friendly in all areas. Also on arrival we were greeted with the news we had been upgraded. The breakfast was very good and having coffee brought to our table was a bonus. Excellent free secure parking. Location was brilliant 5 mins to centre of a lovely town.

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hot water in the shower was very hot, and it took me a few seconds to get the water to the right temperature.

The staff, at Reception, and in the dining room for breakfast, were very welcoming and efficient. We had a lovely, large room, which was air-conditioned ahead of our arrival, and was blissfully cool after a long journey in very hot weather. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large and well-appointed. There was a wide range of foods to choose from for breakfast and the dining room was very light and airy. Crema is a beautiful town, with a range of restaurants and some excellent shops. We would be more than happy to come back here to explore over a longer period.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ponte di Rialto. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortably air-conditioned—ideal for relaxing after a day out. What really stood out was the staff: genuinely warm, helpful, and always attentive. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even remembered our names, which made it feel extra personal. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained with stylish decor and a real attention to detail. Its central location in Crema makes it perfect for exploring the town on foot. We’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning ourselves

Beds and pillows were a bit firm for us. Fortunately, the unexpected sofa bed in our room provided a more comfortable rest. We never found any non-Italian TV stations.

There is a bit of a bad smell in thb e room's bathroom. Tv didnt work but was promptly fixed.

Only one thing, which was the lack of a kettle in the room. It would be helpful to have it especially when you love tea.

Location, staff, and breakfast were excellent! Nice economic room too. The hotel is close to the station, a few minutes walking. Clean and quiet. We had a great stay there!

The fridge in our room didn't work and we didn't have a remote for the fan which was a bit of an inconvenience due to the heat during our stay

At times wifi didn't seem to be working.

I loved the breakfast. The staff were very friendly. It was nice with the aircon in the room and bed was very comfortable. The carriage and the goldfish in the courtyard added a nice atmosphere. I recommend this hotel.
