So excited about our stay! It’s a very welcoming place with nice people working here. They gladly helped me with all my questions. Such a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. Quiet district, yet not so far from everything you need: cafes, the old town, a supermarket, the railway station. The breakfasts are good, too. I came to Crema for Call Me By Your Name, the movie that captivated me at first sight. Now I can say that I fell in love with Crema as well, and Ponte di Rialto was part of this experience. Felt so sad to check out. Grazie mille!

The staff were very helpful, friendly in all areas. Also on arrival we were greeted with the news we had been upgraded. The breakfast was very good and having coffee brought to our table was a bonus. Excellent free secure parking. Location was brilliant 5 mins to centre of a lovely town.

The staff, at Reception, and in the dining room for breakfast, were very welcoming and efficient. We had a lovely, large room, which was air-conditioned ahead of our arrival, and was blissfully cool after a long journey in very hot weather. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large and well-appointed. There was a wide range of foods to choose from for breakfast and the dining room was very light and airy. Crema is a beautiful town, with a range of restaurants and some excellent shops. We would be more than happy to come back here to explore over a longer period.

What really stood out was the staff: genuinely warm, helpful, and always attentive. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even remembered our names, which made it feel extra personal. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained with stylish decor and a real attention to detail. Its central location in Crema makes it perfect for exploring the town on foot. We’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning ourselves
