This is a lovely hotel very conveniently located in Cortina d’Ampezzo. The town is a short walk away and there are lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. We checked out very early on our last day and they kindly organised a packed lunch for us as we would miss breakfast. There was also coffee waiting for us on a table downstairs! The room was clean and frequently restocked with fresh towels and sheets. There was a fridge to store any drinks or snacks and plenty of storage space for clothes etc. The room is small but it is perfect for a couple. We were able to enjoy all the local hikes and activities with ease and rarely used our car when in and around Cortina.

The hairdryer was quite tricky to use and the shower a little bit small. These are very minor points as overall the hotel is great and ticked all of our boxes.

Room has been updated. Reception and dining room staff go way above expectations—so friendly, helpful, and professional. Let cation is very close to bus station and to city center.

I traveled alone (woman in my 30s) with my golden retriever – a big plus is that dogs are very welcome at this hotel. Another huge advantage is that they handle food allergies very well: I was served a nice gluten-free breakfast and even gluten-free sandwiches for lunch. The hotel is very traditional and a bit old-fashioned, but with charm. I stayed in a single room with the most beautiful little green bathroom and a lovely mountain view. There’s also a cozy small garden, perfect when traveling with a dog. The staff might seem a little reserved at first, as they are very traditional, but they are actually kind and helpful once you get to know them. The location is great for different experiences – within walking distance of both the gondola up to Tofana and the town center with shops and cafés. All in all, a hotel with old-fashioned atmosphere but great location, welcoming to both dogs and people with allergies, and a safe place to stay as a solo traveler.

The room was quite noisy – you can hear people walking in the hallways and using the bathroom in the rooms next door.

Good location, just outside the center, but in quiet street near the river. Super attentive and helpful staff. All request / issues solved at once.

Single room on the 3st floor is quite small and dark. Very bad sound isolation between the rooms. Waken up together with your neighbors at 6 AM!

Good location, easily walkable to the main street with parking right by it. Breakfast is varied but average quality.

Communication prior to check in online and then at check in in person was quite abrupt/awkward. Room got very hot with no cooling apart from leaving the doors open - no fan or AC. Decor, furnishings, and room items are quite dated (shoe shining kit in bathroom for example)

Staff excellent. Spotlessly clean. Great location.

3 person room was a little tight. One complementary spa ticket for 4 or more nights might be nice.

It was centrally located but not in crowded main street. Easy walk to ski bus stop or gondola for skiing. Staff was so helpful. We were even picked up and driven with our bags to bus stop

This was a lovely, good value hotel only a ten minute walk from central Cortina. The room balcony overlooks the river and mountains. The room was great for my needs and the staff were very helpful when I needed anything. Breakfast was very good and a lot of variety. Would stay again for sure.

Good hotel in a central location.

we were just disappointed that the sauna was with extra costs 45 E per person and open for a very limited time.
