We arrived during a severe heatwave in Italy. About 35 degrees. The air conditioner worked well, but the room wasn’t cooled enough due to the extreme weather. The staff provided solutions by rearranging the beds and bringing us a fan for the room. Excellent staff!

A charming town. Friendly and helpful staff, happy to assist. It’s pleasant to approach the receptionist, who provides immediate solutions. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The staff did everything to make us feel comfortable

Strict time management! No breakfast after 10am!

Wonderful location in the middle of the city, however very quiet! Amazing view on the lake from the breakfast terrace. Enjoyable breakfast buffet! Very nice and helpful staff!

The inner yard view and sounds of you open the windows. The breakfast time could be later :) And we strongly advise against the restaurant by the hotel.

This hotel was amazing! the kids were thrilled to sleep in a gallery room with glass floor. the staff was very very friendly, the room was amazing, the view and location is just unbelievable. it also included free wifi and breakfast....such a great value for money. everything was so great that we were sad to stay there only one night...

We had such an amazing and the most pleasant experience! It was so wonderful that we decided to extend our stay - that's how much we enjoyed it! This hotel is an absolute gem - great location, in the centrum of tiny Angera on the Lake Maggiore - wonderful views all day long, especially from rooftop terras of the breakfast restaurant. Just magnificent! Very clean, comfortable room, great bed and shower. There is also an award worthy restaurant that serves the most delicious food ever - I warmly recommend it to everyone. Furthermore, the staff of the hotel as well as the staff of the restaurant is incredible, they do their absolute best to make you feel welcome, comfortable and all-around pampered. Hotel offers free use of bicycles - convenient and such a lovely experience to leisurely bike around town and the lake. If you are coming by car - there are plenty of spaces to park in front - some free and some with extra charge. All in all - superb!

Lovely little hotel. Recently renovated. Offers little touches that go beyond expectations. Bedroom slippers, king-size mattress, toiletries. Breakfast room has an extensive view of the lake. Convenient walking distance to Ferry pier and not far from the castle.
