Lovely and clean rooms, breakfast fantastic! Restaurant downstairs is so convenient and have to say the best food in area. Location is good but tbh you need a car to see the beauty of the region.

The bed was a little firm for my liking

Every staff member was lovely and very helpful. The hotel was conveniently located with plenty of free parking and had some great restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were very tidy and well designed and the breakfast was brilliant with plenty of options. Complementary wifi was fast and reliable. The shower pressure and temperature was very nice and the bodywash/shampoo smelt great.

The entire staff make you feel very welcome. The large beautiful villa with classy furniture and decoration, has spacious and comfortable rooms. And cosy terraces with many plants invite guests to relax in style. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of outstanding fresh food and drinks. Among all the (4-star) hotels we visited on the island, Hotel Poseidonia was the absolute top!

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff who booked an amazing boat trip for us. We were given a room upgrade and it was spacious with a large balcony. The most local beach is accessible on foot but easier by car in the height of summer, as is the port which is a little further away. We went on a fabulous boat trip which goes to inaccessible beaches, some of which are the most beautiful in the med. Breakfast was nice with quite a lot of choice. Local supermarkets are nearby. A car is needed to be able to explore the area.

We are deaf and tried to communicate with one of the three waitresses, as we have done in other hotels, without any problem. I tried to ignore her until I asked her where the toilet was. She gave me another mocking laugh and copied my body gesture. I told her, "Never mind, I went and looked for the toilet myself. After that she avoided serving us.

probably the only hotel that works in winter in this town, after a difficult long descent in the dark from the mountains, I wanted to rest as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the hotel does not correspond to 4 stars. The room itself was small and very cold. The air conditioner refused to work for heating, there was no warm blanket in the room, no kettle to warm up with a warm drink either. In the morning, breakfast was also cold, and I never drank tea, because there was no herbal tea in the assortment of teas.

In the evening, the hotel restaurant and incredibly delicious pizza pleased me.

Breakfast weak, mainly sweets and cakes. Shower is awful. The box where it is contained is around 80cm X 80cm. If you are large or overweight will have problems taking a shower because of the tight space. The toilet on the other side is large. Beds are terrible, too soft and uncomfortable. The air con in the room doesn’t cool properly.

Location is great, very central and easy access to beaches nearby. Free easy parking. Good pizza restaurant (only the pizza) next door.

When it comes to hotels, my expectations are simple: a restful night's sleep and a satisfying breakfast. Unfortunately, Posseidonia fell short in delivering the first of these expectations. The relentless disturbance that began just before midnight in our room significantly ruined both nights of our stay (specifically in room 232). The noise resembled the clanging of a metal bucket with loose balls, incessantly striking against the wall. Interestingly, the sound was barely discernible in the corridor just outside our room. In an attempt to identify the source of this intrusive noise, I ventured outside around 01:00 in the night. Additionally, I notified the reception desk about the issue, although communication proved challenging due to the attendant's limited proficiency in English. Despite his efforts, the cause of the noise remained elusive. By around 03:30, I reluctantly abandoned my endeavor to find peace and attempted to sleep, only to find that the noise persisted even with the use of earplugs. The following morning, we brought the matter to the attention of the front desk staff. We played them a recording of the disruptive sound, which seemed to trigger some recognition, though they refrained from offering any comment on it. Although they extended numerous apologies, the resolution provided was a 10% discount on our rate or the option of another sleepless night's stay without charges.

This 4-star hotel has an appealing exterior and offers the convenience of complimentary parking. The reception desk personnel were notably warm and welcoming. Inside, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally spacious room, complete with five single beds—though a double bed option would have been appreciated. The bathroom was equally spacious, featuring a combination bath and shower setup. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the impressive breakfast buffet, featuring an array of options to suit various preferences. Additionally, the presence of an in-house restaurant further enhances the hotel's appeal.
