The location is good, very near Roma termini and made for easy access to and from the train station. The triple room has sizeable beds. They're a few eating places nearby that are friendly priced with a limited variety of food but good value for money

The front office cashier wanted to force me to pay twice even after showing the invoice from Booking.com. He also wanted to force me to pay the city tax in cash until I threatened to involve the Agenzia Entrata. The washroom was filthy. The shower curtain in particular was very dirty and the shower spilled water onto the bathroom floor during showering that was not draining away and made the bathroom a mess and serious health risk. Also, not enough shower gel. They also do not serve any food.

The bedroom and the bathroom were good, the location was great, because it was near the train and the metro station.

In the morning, the receptionist opened our door with the master-key, and came in, we were changing our clothes at that time, all of us were naked. It was not pleasant.

Great location at a budget friendly price, a lovely man carried my bags up the stairs on arrival. Recommend for all travellers on a budget! 👍

Pillows smell like curry 🍛 😩 Elevator was broken one night We got charged some extra money there and they said it can only be paid in cash.

We booked at a hotel, but were changed to another location. We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the Roma Termini station, but by changing the location, that advantage was lost.

The room was very nice and had everything I needed, including an air conditioner. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I was even able to borrow an iron during my stay. On the day I checked out, the hotel kindly allowed me to leave my luggage there so I could explore more of Rome without carrying it around. The location is perfect. I highly recommend this place!

We booked a room for 4 people. We were given a room called “triple deluxe,” which only had two beds to sleep 3 people (it was not the same as the picture shown, it was one single bed and a king size). We believe we were given the incorrect room.

Near to roma termini and surrounding good restaurants

The room was quite little, there was bad smell, and shower didn’t work. Furniture are out dated. There are bedbugs in hotel, I was bitten to all my body from them. The hotel deny, said its mosquito , but when I change hotel ( we leave earlier ) I didn’t have new bites. Bedbugs also bite my son. It was disgusting.

The place is near the main train station. It was comfortable and the facilities were okay.

The facilites are so close to Roma Termini train station which makes it very convenient. Staff was super nice and attentive to all our needs. I am really thankful for the hospitality.

Loved the location being so close to the main train Station. Check-in was quick and easy. The aircon was perfect and the room was spacious. We loved the complimentary water on arrival.

There was nothing I didn't like

My 4 family members were able to stay together, for a single overnight. It suited our needs.

The stuff is super helpful, provided extra towels, printed boarding pass, all complementary!!
