The first floor is accessible by lift but then there are stairs to go up to most of the rooms. Our shower was a little small but I saw other rooms with good sized ones.

Views are mesmerising. Staff is the most helpful I've found so far. Breakfast was also good and we had all our allergies and intolerances taken seriously and we're provided with accommodating options. We left early and did not have time for breakfast so they packed us a lunch to take with us since we had paid for it already, but it was very helpful.

There was no bar fridge in room for cold drinks and to keep medication cold. And, no power outlet/socket for international phone chargers (schuko outlet).

Staff were wonderful and very helpful! Breakfast had a good spread of options. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The shower head was broken which made it very difficult to shower. I was very annoyed as they must have known it was broken but of course I didn't realise until the morning when I got into the shower.

The hotel is in a great location in the old city. The room was comfortable and warm with a nice view onto the beautiful street.

Bed linens were cheap and not very soft and shower was very very small, although this was our first hotel in Italy and have since experienced both the small shower and hard bed linens as the norm throughout our journey across this country.

Everything!!! Location was half way between the various Basilicas. The room was spacious and clean. The private balcony was amazing. It faced downhill and away from the busy streets. Staff was very helpful getting taxi. Easy come easy go.

The coffee from the machine tasted like it used powered milk.

It’s not every day you get to stay in a medi evil town! It was like nothing I have experienced before (especially coming from Australia). The hotel was located very close to the town square. Breakfast was the standard Italian style breakfast however the coffee was just from a push button coffee machine rather than someone making it for you so never tastes as good. Room had a beautiful view! Would recommend.

Not enough plugs in the room. Pillows were really flat.

Nice hotel, room is big enough. Our room was upgraded to a room with a balcony. There was a little fridge in the room, and a hairdryer. No coffee making facilities. The breakfast was in the restaurant next to the hotel. It has got a nice view. There were plenty of choices. The staff was helpful, we could leave our backpacks at the reception -when we arrived before the check-in and after the check-out as well.
