The bathroom had a really awful smell that you couldn’t get rid of. It’s also a big old climb back up from town. Which would have been fine apart from the painful legs after too much time enjoying the local mountains - bus is infrequent and ends early and taxis are +£20!

The sauna was amazing - great view from the jacuzzi! Make sure you have dinner there at least one night as it was fabulous and well priced. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms spacious and well furnished (newly redecorated).

The rooms are not soundproof, so we were able to hear the baby and muffled voices next door. The walk to town is not too long, but it is a climb to get back up.

It has a very homey feel. The staff are warm and welcoming. The rooms and spa area are very tastefully done and they take very good care of the property. The views from our balcony were beautiful. Also the food was very good.

The accommodation was great! Clean room, nice staff and amazing breakfast :) Just the location is a bit tough. It's close to the centre and any other cable cars (all within 20 min!) just, there are A LOT uphills! If you are happy with uphills or travel with a card, I would highly recommend this place. Apart from location, everything else was amazing!!!!

Nothing at all! It was an amazing hotel experience. I wished we had brought swimsuits to enjoy the sauna. I also wished we had stayed a little longer.

I enjoyed the room and bathroom amenities. This hotel is in a central location to Seceda and Alpe di Siusi. The rooms were redone and have incredible showers. The hotel service is overall excellent. The staff was welcoming and accommodating when my partner and I had to leave early and miss breakfast. They prepared some bread for us to take on the go. The owners were always willing to take the time to answer all of our questions. For example, when the weather was rainy, we asked them which hikes we should go to/ what our itinerary should be to best see everything the Dolomites had to offer during our 5-day stay. They also provided insider tips on where to see a beautiful sunrise.

The place is described with ski-to-door option. Unfortunately at our stay time the slope to the Ortisei lift was closed, so you find yourself dependent on your car each day.

We were staying 3 friends at the Family room. The room is big, has a lot of space which was super comfortable. In addition the place has nice and decent spa to relax after a day on the slopes.

There was faint smell in the shower/toilet. Acomodation is little bit less accessible, if you ski on other side of the valley. You need to get ski bus if you return later or go up and ski down quite narrow red slope (Pilat) if you return earlier. This may be little bit challenging for unexperienced skiers.

Breakfast was good. Convenient ski in and out if you ski in Alp De Sussi. Accomondation is located right on the slope (15 meters)

My room was too small and outdated, but it might have been my problem for not selecting another room. Showers need remodeling in my opinion. Everything else, outstanding.

We heard they are updating the hotel this year, which hopefully will still preserve some of the old world charm of the hotel.

Beautiful staff. We visited in winter and you could ski in / out. Easy shuttle bus from the town to Hotel Ronc just next door. They also offer deals with local ski hire who delivers and picks up the skis from the hotel. Awesome facilities in the wellness centre (eg., sauna, steam room, fireplace, reading spots, etc). We loved the old world charm of our room. Delicious breakfast (included in our stay) and dinner options (for €30 each night). We would absolutely visit again!

A lovely modern stylish hotel in an elevated position on the hill side with fabulous views down the valley. We loved the log cabin style of the rooms and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. The hourly bus service 100meters from the hotel was really useful to get back up the hill after an evening meal in the town. Overall, excellent hotel.

From my perspective, it is a 6 star hotel. I definitely like everything about it. Its location that makes holidays calm. Excellent wooden design typical for the South Tyrol. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Tasty and variable meal for breakfast. A sauna with an astonishing view. And friendly and helpful staff. I will do everything to return to.
