in August is Rome extremely hot so an AC even if a portable one could have helped alot, there is a small fan but it was really hot.

The thing that was not mentioned is the fact that you need to pass a corridor to get to the bathroom (in case of our room). The bathroom was not located in the room but outside and the doors were really loud so I was worried that I might disturb the neighbours. Also, it was very difficult going up and down the stairs to the entresol because of the irregular height of the stairs, especially in the dark. We had a little bit of a problem with hot water in the bathroom.There was a time when we didn't have access to hot water. Most of the time water was either freezing cold or burning hot.

Contact with the personnel taking care of this place was perfect, they answered immediately. The cleanness of the room was ok and so were the sheets. The localisation was fantastic, couldn't be better.

We were a little disappointed as the room was not quite what we expected, it is definitely a bit outdated compared to how it looks in the pictures. It is also important to note that the private bathroom for the family room is actually outside the room and had a strange smell of mold. The last disappointing thing is that the beds were really uncomfortable and the street was quite noisy.

It was nice that you can self-check in when you want, and the location is really amazing and close to a lot of the main sites! Also nice it had an elevator to bring up our luggage.

Communication via whatsapp Mold and just a bad bathroom condition. Only after check-in was it reported that the shower was working very poorly, you need to turn on the water in the sink, and only then the hot water will go to the shower head. At the same time, the water flow was very weak. No discount was offered for these inconveniences, but upon my request it was provided Bare wires at the TV. I primarily booked this room because of the availability of a bathtub but there was no plug so the bathtub was unusable (apparently, the last guest lost it). However, when I finally purchased a plug and tried to use the bath, the hot water stopped working. Thankfully, this happened on the last day of my stay otherwise it would have been a bigger issue. There was no bidet in the bathroom. There was a strong smell of humidity in the bathroom cupboards. The water pressure for the shower was also very low. The mattress was not the most comfortable. The kitchen was scarcely stocked - not many necessities for cooking available in terms of oil and seasonings. Overall, the room was nice but for the price I paid, I expected more.

The location was perfect. Very close to Lepanto metro station and only 10 minutes away on foot from Ottaviano metro station. It was also very close to the Vatican and numerous other tourist hot spots. The room was nice, with a lot of storage space in the huge closet available. The check-in experience was really easy, the host was very responsive and provided excellent instructions in regards to finding my way into the apartment. Having a private bathroom in the room was very appreciated, and having a kitchen to cook homemade meals in was also incredibly helpful. I'd give the overall facilities a 7.5/10.

You need to use keys 4 times to get into room. The elevator is small and also you reach it via some stairs - not comfortable if you have strolley.

It is in a central location, close or reachable to many places. Host is also welcoming & helpful. Getting keys is through a game-like procedure.

Lack of air conditioning. There was some unpleasant smell when entered the room perhaps due to improper ventilation. The mattress quite stiff. Lack of shampoo, soap in the shower room. Some of electric outlets were loose, and looked dangerous.

Decent room for family of 3 members, bear in mind the kid's bed located on the second floor of the room, which may be dangerous in some cases. Important to note that there's no air conditioning in the room, it was ok for June weather but mid-end of a summer the comfort might be compromised. Location is pretty good around 20 minutes from the historic places. Around you have lost of small restaurants, bars and coffee houses. There's a kitchen where you can cook is you choose so. Our stay was on the weekend, no noise was interrupting. In overall satisfied with the choice, good value for money ration.

As detailed in other reviews, the bathroom is in need of renovation. A new toilet seat would do wonders already. The bathroom and sheets could have used more thorough cleaning. The quality of sleep largely depends on others staying in the next-door rooms of the apartment. In our case, we woke up to very loud noises (yelling, stomping, singing) at 4 o’clock in the morning, and they also briefly tried to enter our room. I understand that the host cannot do much to control this situation, but it didn’t make the stay very pleasant for us.

The location of the place was excellent. The host was very friendly and responsive and provided detailed check-in and check-out information.

Even though it's a very nice place, it could use a few minor improvements and mostly a cap in the bathtub. In its current situation it doesn't fill up with water, so if you're looking for a room with a bathtub keep that in mind. It's a value for money considering the price but keep in mind the city tax is ⅓ of the money you're actually paying.

Cozy little room inside a beautiful building in Prati, a peaceful area of Rome. Everything we needed during our vacation was there (private bathroom, fridge, hair dryer and also a shared kitchen with a tea maker and microwave). Sunny room, clean and spacious. Nice and helpful host that helped us with everything we needed. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Every sight was in a walking distance (historical centre is less than an hour of walking). We were very happy with this choice!

The location of the apartment is great. If you like walking, you could go to the city centar by foot, and it's very near to the Vatican City. There are great restaurants and shops nearby, also the supermarket Tigre (the prices are ok even for Serbian standard). The host was very helpful but unobtrusive. The communication was good. We would recommend this place, especially because of its great location and practical and cosy accomodation.

I and my wife couldn’t sleep from heat as is very hot in Rome by this time and there is no Air con, thy must have Air con for the room as is really bad even with the fan what they provided. I understand the air con was not provided before I book But they must have air con and add more money for the rent . I was also really disappointed from the bathroom ,it was really disgusting ,mold around the bath and there was no hot water at all .little things can fix all this issues such as replacing the silicone for new one only cost €8 , room was smell from people who was smoking before. Sorry to bring all of this but I wanted to share my experience to everyone , also for better business for property landlord .
