There is nothing I didn’t like about the property. The staff and hotel are perfect. We were well looked after and welcomed with open arms. Daniela and Emanuel were excellent.

Now for the bad. The first thing I was a bit surprised about was a lack of outlets to charge your devices. I ended up unplugging both bedside lamps so I could use the outlets. The second thing was no fitness center. This place is huge with lots of space to put in a gym/workout center. It's an easy fix. The third and final thing was the shower. Mine did not have a walk-in shower, some of the rooms have them but a lot do not. Generally, this isn't such a bad thing, however, getting in and out of the tub was a bit tricky. The tub is tall and so it's a big step and there's nothing really to hold on to expect for the glass doors that slide shut that I wouldn't want to trust if I slipped, which could happen as the tub is a bit slippery. They really need to upgrade the showers.

I stayed for a total of six nights and was happy with my stay. First off, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, I can't say enough good things about them. The food at the bar/restaurant was great with a wide selection, it stays open till 8:30pm. I had a 6th floor balcony room, which was generous in size. The rooms are almost soundproof, you don't hear the neighbors but sometimes in the hallway. Bedding and pillows were perfecto. Breakfast was superb with all kinds of choices. Has an underground garage with plenty of spaces available.

We had a wonderful stay in a spacious room. The staff is super friendly. On the last day we missed breakfast, because we mixed up the breakfast hours (until 11 in weekend, until 10 throughout the week). We were offered a free complementary breakfast by the guest relations manager Daniela at the bar. Her attentive and thoughtful approach elevated our experience very much. She also explained and apologised for the noisy group that was staying there as well since we experienced a lot of noise. They offered us the breakfast for our entire stat for free as an additional service. Very kind of them.

I spent three wonderful days, and I was pampered during my stay. Alessandro and Emanuele were very welcoming hosts, and I thank them for that. Around the hotel there are many restaurants with good food (Quinzio, La Rosa rosa), and the bus stop with access to the city center is just a 2-minute walk away.

1. The room size is very big for the couple at this price point. 2. Breakfast variety is good even for vegetarian people. 3. The hotel location is near the bus pickup and drop point, although it is a little tricky to find the nearest point. Check hotel description for better planning of bus commute rather than Google maps suggestion.

The only thing I did not like was that one of the housekeeping staff entered our room even though I had placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign. This should not have happened, and I am not sure how it occurred.

The reception was excellent – very welcoming and respectful. We were offered breakfast and a welcome drink as a kind gesture of hospitality. The person in charge of the restaurant was extremely kind, and I would especially like to thank him for the delicious cappuccino he prepared for us.

We had a small issue with the room during our stay and the manager and staff truly exceeds all expectations to fix it and make our stay exceptional. I don’t recall being so graciously compensated for an inconvenience in my many years of international travel. Truly superb service.

Fantastic Stay in Rome! We had a fantastic stay at the hotel during our time in Rome. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. A big thank you to Daniella for arranging our transport back to the airport – it made our departure stress-free and smooth. We’re also incredibly grateful to Charbel, the Manager, for all his helpful guidance throughout our stay. Whenever we needed information or recommendations, he was always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable, and we looked forward to the amazing breakfast every morning – such a great way to start each day! And last but not least, Mario was the absolute best! From the first day, he went above and beyond to provide us with all the information we needed. He truly made us feel at home – he definitely deserves a promotion! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. Daniela! DANIELA! DANIELA! and Daniela again. Please i am talking about Daniela at the front desk she has a little table, a computer and a wonderful smile. My wife and I have never experienced such care in our lives. She was jus amazing and fantastic. In Fact she made our stay in rome brighter and better. From the minute we arrived at 10am on a sunday she offered us breakfast (it was included) but just to have someone offering us breakfast was amazing, she gave us a nice and warm welcome with the best smile ive seen in the hotel industry for years. Why was it the best? Because she was genuine. She really cared for us. She played with our little boy who is 2 years and straight away we felt like home. She became an extended family member. She did a lot more than this little story and GOD knows we were happy and we will defo return to that same hotel. Now the hotel is well located a ride from attractions and private. Good facilities, nice size rooms and clean. Great stay overall. Taxi service is good to if you want to move around. Decent breakfast. Good value for money.

Emanuele runs the breakfast buffet with care, personally checking in on guests to ensure they’re comfortable and well-fed — a rare and thoughtful touch.
