It was wonderful. Very good breakfast. Cleaning every day. The staff is very kind and polite. Family atmosphere. Congratulations Hotel President.

The room and the bathroom was too small. The hotel was too old and we could hear everything and we couldn’t sleep well. The bathroom was too small that we could not even move.

The staff were very pleasant, the room with a sea view was great, also the availability of the gym (small) and the swimming pool (small). The location was great - very close to the sea and a good location for some 40 min walk to the city center.

Breakfast was generally okay, but I was expecting more from a 4-star hotel. The room was small, the bathroom door was not properly fixed, and the sink structure was poorly done. The elevator sensor system was not always working. Again, if the hotel claims to be 4-star, there should not be such issues. Realistically, the hotel deserves a strong 3-star rating—certainly no more. The cleaning service was excellent, with staff visiting the room every day. I appreciate their work, but there should be a clear understanding of the "Do Not Disturb" sign throughout the hotel.

The staff was very nice the breakfast was very nice and they let us leave a luggage in the hotel when we returned to rimini before are flight home

The hotel is siltuated in the center, so location is perfect. The hotel meets all basic expectations for its type: the room was clean, the breakfast was rich enough, and the hotel staff was really helpful.

Our room definitely required some renovation. And that does not allow to evaluate it as perfect.

Location was great. It has a look of grandeur about it.

Bathroom badly needs a revamp, shower to get in , is in a bath a quite high an elderly person wouldn’t be able to use it.

We really loved our stay. The staff eas very nice, the hotel is spotless, which was very important to us. The breakfast was very tasty and well stocked, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The only minor downsides would be how small the room is, the outdated TV and hairdryer and that the pool is kinda cold.

I love the breakfast. The room was clean. Bikes available (they were very heavy) but at least were available. Parking on the street for $0.

The pool is extremely small for the amount of guests the hotel holds. Was over populated + added party on the pool with outside people was a mess. There was a wine taste on the street and bought a bottle and ask for wine cups the receptionist said "cups are only for the ones that buy wine here at the hotel" , very sorry for that answer as I was in a "4 stars hotel". Room small with a small bathroom and small balcony.

We really loved staying at this hotel, the staff were so very welcoming and friendly. The room was a great size, and the location perfect for the beach and as a jumping off point to walk to other places around the city. Having a roof top pool meant you could be int he sun all day, it was quiet and tranquil. The breakfast had lots to offer, we were spoiled for choice.

The shower cubicle was a little on the small side and could be modernised a bit, but it really wasn't a problem and hopefully received as only a minor bit of constructive feedback.

Location good, nice roof terrace. Helpful staff.

The only negative thing was bed. Very hard and in the middle compressed mattress, feeling that lying in the hole. Asked to change one, so it was a little better, but still with the "hole", just a little less.

All hotel personnel were professional and extremely helpful to make our stay most enjoyable. Especially Isabel, Domencio and Allessia. Hotel cleanliness was excellent.

The pool is really well maintained and a lovely spot to enjoy the weather. The coffee served for breakfast was great. Some staff were very welcoming.

Bed really uncomfortable, pillows terrible, I had really bad neck during my stay, sheets very old they didn’t feel nice to sleep on. No sound proof, imposible to sleep when there was a party nearby, you can hear everything from the street. Some staff very rude, others really lovely.
