We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I’m the type of traveler who has stayed in all kinds of accommodations, including well-known international hotel chains and 5-star properties. This place truly exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and modern, with high-quality bathroom amenities. The location is excellent – just a short walk from the train station, with shops and restaurants right nearby. Parking is available in front of the property (street parking, free after 6:30 PM), which was very convenient. Overall, this accommodation was much better than expected in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and location. A great choice and definitely worth recommending.

It was fabulous. The owner had thought of everything. They had a multiple charger point which was life-saving for a traveler from a different continent. Had all the amenities like a 5 star hotel room and a washing machine. It was extremely clean. It was all and more I could ask for. Just 30 second walk form the train station.

BelgiumThere was no hot water for some reason when I stayed. Maybe I have switched off something by accident, but taking a cold shower in a rainy morning was a little too refreshing.
The location was indeed perfect if you want to catch the morning Bernina express. The room was well equipped, with espresso maker and other things that you may need. The building itself was also well guarded and very quiet.
