Value ratio between the amount paid per night and the size of the room. A larger room would have been more reasonable, perhaps at the same price.

Liked the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast, the location even if not in the central area of Rimini.

Location is right by the center which can be very noisy, the whole B&B was just too noisy for my liking, literally could hear people coming and going from our room. To call is 'spa hotel' is a little misleading as you can't actually use the spa facilities without paying extra for it. First morning at breakfast we didn't get offered a coffee, only the people who could speak Italian did which was a little disappointing.

Friendly hosts, delicious breakfast, bed was comfortable. Spacious room with good air conditioning.

The room was beautiful and spacious, it was super clean and the bedding and towels were changed each day. The addition of a wine fridge with local wines was a nice touch too! We used the spa and it was just perfect and so personal. The lovely family that run the hotel couldn’t have done more for us!! From recommending and booking restaurants for us, arranging taxi’s and even spoiling me on my birthday by presenting me with a fruit tart with a candle in at breakfast! The breakfast in general was very good, with a varied supply of fresh and local produce. Every day was amazing!!!

I loved the owners. It was a family owned hotel. The mother, father and son were extremely helpful in arranging taxis for me, making amazing suggestions on the best places to see and eat. Thoroughly enjoyed my balcony with a view of the beach.

Emanuele, Kati and Gianmarco are the most amazing people. They run the hotel impeccably and make one feel at home. Anything you need, they provide. I return each year because they make our stay divine. The rooms are stunning and pristine. The hotel is so close to the beach, amazing restaurants and shops. It’s truly a hidden gem.

It’s very clean and orderly, I understand it’s a new facility. The manager is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good too. I’ll certainly go back in summer time to enjoy the beautiful view.

All was perfect

We didn’t expect such a golden nugget ! It was a fantastic stay. We had 2 rooms one for our kids and one for us on the last floor. If you can, book this room !!!! What a stunning design and equipment level ! Everything was perfect, from the quality of the hotel, equipment, food, and of course the owners and employees. Such a great family business that they run perfectly, they pay attention to all details. I am used to travel everywhere and stay at 5 stars or palace, and I had a greater feeling in this place than in any other palace I have been (seriously!) The location is perfect, in front of the sea, close to all good restaurants… It was a great experience and we will come back for sure. Thanks again to the owners.

Such a wonderful place close to the beach. Breakfast was outstanding and the owner and his son made us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was airy m, clean and comfortable. You can walk to many stores from there and the beach is just a minute walk away.
