On the other hand, we are sorry to read that your experience did not meet completely your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for this. On this concern it rests assured that your feedback has been taken on board and shared with all departments involved. Although the performance of our associates is recognized in web reviews as one of the strengths of our hotel, we will activate further actions, integrating those that are systematically underway, with the aim of further improving their quality. We are currently replacing the two elevators to improve the experience of our guests. In any case, we always guarantee the use of two elevators, one ordinary and one normally used for internal service, which we have made more comfortable for this occasion. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you .
