If you are a tourist we recommend staying near city centre because transfer to centre takes lot of time and waiting. Also the neighbourhood is much cleaner in centre.

The accommodation was great, the room was big, with plenty of natural light, a lovely balcony, facilities were really good and clean. Alessia was very friendly, polite and always prompt to help, giving us many suggestions on what to do, eat, transportation, etc. Despite the accommodation not being in the center, there is a bus stop a couple of minutes away with bus R5 going to Statione Centrale Garibaldi (trains to Pompei, Sorrento, Salerno, etc) and bus 184 to city center (via Toledo / Quartiere Spagnoli). As mention by others, noise from the planes can be heard, but not at night and this wasn't an issue for us. We would definitely recommend to stay at Provenzale guest rooms.

It is near the airport so you can hear the planes during the day but it is quiet at night so we slept great!

The room was very clean! We stayed in the Margherita room and we loved the brightness of it! The host was so kind! She gave us so much helpful information about what we can do on our trip, ways to get around, best places to eat, the people, and more! We had access to Netflix. The place looks new and modern! There was a mini fridge, coffee maker and electric kettle, plus some snacks!

Very comfortable and clean room with everything you need. The hosts, Alessia and Mario, were extremely kind and helping. The location was close to a train main station. You need approximately 30 min to the city centre with public transport. Naples International Airport is close to the apartment - 30-40 min on feet. We can only recommend.

Wonderful place to stay in a quiet neighborhood of an otherwise very hectic city. The room and facilities are kept super clean. Alessia welcomed us and made us feel at home instantly. She even left us some coffee and small breakfast, and was always available for any questions. Due to proximity to the airport there is a bit of air traffic noise. But with the windows closed you dont hear a thing. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want a quiet place to relax while exploring the incredibly bustling and exciting city that is Napoli.

The room was very pleasant and tidy. It was very light as well and the location is perfect if you want to be close to the city-centre, but yet away from the crowds. The host was very nice and helpful, he gave us a lot of recommendations for activities, locals and food. 11/10 I would be happy to go back, If I visit Naples again.

We arrived on a late flight and were struggling to get a taxi from the airport, Mario was extremely helpful and offered to come and collect us and even took us to the local pizzeria which was also amazing. Really nice family run hotel, very clean and everything we needed, even some coffee and biscuits for the morning. Great communication throughout, couldn’t recommend enough and would love to come back soon

The airport is really close so the planes are mega loud in the early morning. The location is very very far away from the center, the connection is not optimal. And lastly, my shower drain was not working so the water would collect and not drain, when I texted the hotel about it they meant they knew about the problem and I need to flush the toilet for the water to drain? Not the nicest showering experience.

The area of the accomodation seemed a bit sketchy as a foreigner. Free parking on the street was possible, but we were not comfortable leaving our car in this area due to other cars having steering wheel locks and looking broken. For the chargeable parking we had to leave the keys with the owner of the garage and we had to purely trust them to let us to our car since there were no documents exchanged between us and the owner of the garage. The bus connection to the city was rather unreliable and didn't come often. Since the accomodation is quite close to the airport planes were flying quite close overhead all day which was very loud.

The room was modern, clean and nice. Staff was reachable and gave helpful tips in a very friendly manner. The chargeable parking was right around the corner. There are nice and cheap restaurants right around the corner. The bus station that connects to the city is easily reachable via foot. There was a welcome package of snacks waiting for us upon arrival.
