Getting in and out of the building was a little confusing. It is extra secure (which is a bonus) but with staff only available during the day (in person) the security aspects were just a little confusing. Although this can be a positive as you feel very safe in central Naples even at night.

The location is perfect. Rooms were very modern and impressive. Unfortunately due to getting a tattoo on the day we were unable to use the bath, however, the bath looked very relaxing. Rooms were spotless. The gentleman at the desk when we arrived was very welcoming and complimentary. Again on the location I reckon the best in Naples with a metro right next door.

Easy to find with a video with instructions meet by staff at reception. Very friendly and helpful close to cafe's, restaurants and sightseeing seeing. If I could give 20 out of 20 I would. Highly recommend this place to stay. The room was beautiful large room and large spa bath. Free breakfast at a Cafe 3 minutes walk. 😍🥰

We stayed for just one night and the place was sparkling clean and new, with a great location! The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check in early. They made sure we had everything we needed and explained everything clearly. Highly recommended!

Nothing to complain about.

Absolutely impeccable. There is not a single thing to fault, the hotel was the perfect start to our holiday. Firstly, the location is great, you can literally see the top of castle Nuovo and Galleria Umberto from the window and we managed to get to pretty much all the major sights by foot and had loads of food and drink options to chose from near by. It is also extreme safe and secure so you feel protected from the chaos of a busy city. The room feels very luxury for not too high a price. It is sleek, modern, and clean and stylish. Great amount of room and facilities such as mini fridge, tv, hairdryer and toiletries for a really relaxing and comfortable stay, we slept incredibly well and it has a spa like feel to it. Finally, the staff. You can’t find more friendly welcoming and attentive people anywhere. From the day before arrival they were in contact with us to make sure our trip and check in ran smoothly. They booked us a taxi on day of departure and wrote down restaurant recommendations with directions for us. When we accidentally brought the wrong travel adapter they let us use one we had in reception. Big shout out to Vincenzo for this, he made our stay there all the more lovely. Overall- 10/10 ❤️

This was the perfect accommodation for our stay in Naples. A real sanctuary away from the joyful chaos of the city, in an ideal location to explore all of the key areas. Vincenzo was an exceptional host, he welcomed us with drinks and snacks, gave us some amazing recommendations for places to eat, and made us feel very at home and looked after. We will definitely choose to stay here again when we are next in Naples.

Centrally located in the heart of Naples, the complex felt very secure and well-maintained. The host provided clear instructions for pre check-in, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. We were warmly welcomed by Vincenzo, who shared excellent recommendations for local restaurants and must-see attractions. We enjoyed some of the best pizza and panini in town. The room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully designed with stylish touches. It featured a charming Juliet balcony overlooking the street leading to the square, with beautiful natural light streaming through—such a lovely spot to take in the atmosphere. The room is well sound proofed. We truly wished we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Naples.

Everything was fantastic including room, location and especially kind and helpful staff. We appreciated tips for dinner locations (which was great as well) and spacious and clean bathroom. The breakfast was provided in nearby cafe - the only thing we did not necessarily love but I would not blame it on the property since it is beyond their control and it is not like it was terrible, it was just okay. We will certainly come back the next time in Naples.

Responsive and helpful staff—Mariachiara and Vincenzo deserve medals—paired with a newly-built, beautifully appointed property steps away from the subway entrance! What's not to like? Occupying part of the 5th floor in a gated building, the interior here is calming, bright, and spa-like. The neighborhood is dotted with good restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy, shops, and transportation options. The street this building faces is tiny and one-way—drivers be warned!

We had a wonderful stay in Napoli! The hotel felt very secure, was extremely clean, and our room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. The bed was large and super comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The location was also perfect for exploring the city. We really appreciated the early check-in with no hassle — they even welcomed us with drinks and a snack. Vincenzo was incredibly helpful and kind. Since we only had one full day, he gave us great recommendations for pizza and dinner, texted us his contact in case we needed anything, and even arranged our cab for the morning. His attentiveness made a big difference in our stay. Breakfast at the downstairs café was simple and convenient, and the fresh orange juice was especially good. Highly recommend this place and hope to be back!
