We had a lovely stay in Cagliari in this apartment. First of all, the host Pasquale was extremely helpful and friendly, he communicated with me early on to make sure our check in was smooth, was there to greet and help us and also provided us with great suggestions for Cagliari. Thank you! The apartment was comfortable, well equipped with what we needed, had a small balcony to dry your clothes. There was also a common area with a kitchen, washing machine, coffee machine with free capsules and a microwave that you could use. The apartment was very clean, and 5-10min walk to Piazza Yenne and the historic centre. We did not have to use the car at all to wander around the city. Highly recommended!

Felt like we had a friend away from home, Pasquale really helped us out with recommendations, he even helped by giving us a lift when we asked for a taxi recommendation - really would recommend him and the rooms! Amazing location so close to restaurants, train/buses. When we eventually make it back we will 100% be staying here again.

Excellent apartment, excellent host, excellent location. The apartment is spacious, very clean, newly decorated, in a building just a few metres from the town centre. The bedroom/kitchen is a large studio-style space, with balcony, and bathroom with shower and other utilities. The bedroom had a large, comfortable double-bed and Smart TV. There was a lot of storage with two wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The kitchen is well-equipped with a tall fridge, hob, oven , microwave and utensils, and a coffee maker in the common area. The flat also has a washing machine and dryer for guests use. The location is excellent too! It's less than 10 mins walk from the main bus and train station in Cagliari, and about 50 metres from one end of the pedestrianised 'touristy' street full of cafés and bars, but you don't hear these at night. Pasquale was the best host ever! He contacted us in advance and offered to pick us up at Cagliari airport on the Saturday afternoon that we arrived. He took us into the apartment and showed us around, shared a lot of info about Cagliari, and was available to answer more questions throughout the day. Later, one of us felt unwell and we decided to stay longer in Cagliari. Pasquale had no availability, but asked other hosts on our behalf, and offered to come around to take us to the doctor. He then let us keep our bags in his place until the next accommodation was available. If I return to Cagliari, I will be in touch with Pasquale again to book this place.

The apartment was excellent, as was Pasquale, the host. Everything was spotlessly clean and smelt lovely. Pasquale made sure to provide us with a great list of things to do and places to visit, most of which we tried and really loved. He was always available whenever we needed him, which was a great help. The city centre was very easy to access on foot from the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again!

The owner, Pasquale, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and proactive in communication. We were delayed by 5 hours due to a late flight and car rental problems, yet he kindly checked us in at midnight and even reserved a parking spot close to the apartment. He also made sure we arrived safely, as there were wildfires near the road that made us a bit uneasy driving at night. The room is modern and very comfortable, with a big shower, cozy beds, a fridge, and air conditioning. There’s also a shared kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Free coffee pods are provided as well. The location is perfect—just a short walk from everything you need. This is truly a must-stay in the city, and we will definitely be back!

Amazing property and host. Will definitely return. It’s comfortable, in a great location and has everything that you would need for an apartment. Our was just amazing and so kind and helpful.

The host Pasquale is increbily nice and helpful. He has made an amazing job with this accomodation. The location is perfect, not far from the train station and from a street full of bars and restaurants, but yet in a calm and quiet street. I would definitely stay in this place whenever in Cagliari.

Pasquale was very welcoming. He told us where to get parking and saved us a car park spot. He helped us with all our luggage too. Gave us local recommendations and what to see:). Kindness of host

The super close location and distance to the train and bus station, and all the main sites! I absolutely adored my stay here. The host Pasquale was attentive, helpful, and made so many amazing recommendations for places to visit! I have already looked into future bookings at this property. The apartment itself was super clean, and I felt very safe as a solo traveller!I would 100% recommend this accommodation.

Central but also quiet location within two minutes walk to restaurants and bars. Lovely room with balcony, super comfy bed and great shower. Pascale was a fantastic host, he met us at the property and was very accommodating for an early check in with our flight landing early afternoon. He sent through lots of fantastic recommendations and helpful tips to make our stay in Cagliari the best it could be!

Good location, close to main street, railway but still very quiet. The apartment was clean and comfortable with good WiFi. Pasquale, the host was extremely helpful and kind, he shared a lot of recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing.
