The bed could have been more comfortable. After the 3rd day we felt our backs hurt. Otherwise no issues.

A+ 10/10 Spacious room equipped with small bar fridge, coffee making facilities in room, private bathroom & air conditioning - very clean. Excellent communication with staff (Bianca) very knowledgeable, great service & hospitable. Excellent Location - public transport, Roma Termini train station 20 minute walk or go by bus. Restaurants, chemist, fruit & veg, small convenience store-all walking distance. Thankyou 🙏 if in Roma will book again. Grazie Mille!

Easy and excellent communication with the host. Daily cleaning of room, and generally good standard. Will definitely recommend this host, and when we visit this fantastic city of Rome next time, we will check for room here.

Hard to find the main entrance because of the construction outside. It could be noisy at night because of the road traffic

Good location, shame about the roadworks going on outside. Close to some lovely restaurants and a small supermarket.

The girls on the reception are very helpful and polite and spoke very good english, but the other staff did not know any English, which was pretty inconvenient.

It's a personal thing but my partner didn't like the pillow at all. He is used to a thin feather one so the foam was big and even I found it very hot for sleeping....

The breakfast was good and only round the corner. Nice to sit in the sunshine and indulge in croissants or a sandwich, coffee and fresh orange juice!

Hygiene, especially in the bathroom there was dust and old dirt from the mop not reaching the corners and in the flooring grout. I did not walk barefoot.

The location of the hotel is very good, the surroundings are perfect. It is located in a quiet and decent neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again. The room is cleaned every day. It is very comfortable and big (even bigger than expected). The cleanliness is also 10/10. Everything was so good, clean, “safe” and comfy. Thank you for everthing. Be prepared for a loud location.

The room and bathroom were big, but I wish the room had been more comfortable. A comfortable chair would have been good. Staff were helpful with recommendations.

I had a wonderful stay at LHG COMFY ROOMS. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was fantastic — very welcoming, communicative, and made the entire check-in process easy and stress-free. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, even offering helpful local tips. I couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
