An amazing stay with an even more amazing host! Dario was so helpful, I left my bag in the taxi on the first night and he called all the taxi companies for me. My passport was in the bag which was very stressful but with Dario’s help the taxi driver was able to return my bag back to me that evening! Throughout the holiday Dario provided an excellent service. The room was also very comfy and in a good location!

It has a very bad smell coming from the toilet. The whole apartment smells from it and it's pretty uncomfortable.

It was renovated old house, a narrow street in the old town. Little difficult to find but the owner helped. Close to the old town if that part is your preferred location.

The location was great, the host was very communicative and the room was clean and comfortable for 2 people. In my opinion the bed could be a little more comfortable. Also there is noise from the street. Other than that it was easy and good value for the money :)

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The host is very friendly and helpful. It’s location is also pretty good, you can find anything you need nearby and it’s only 15min away from the train station.

Location was so close to everything, room was neat, tidy and comfortable. A home away from home. The host was incredibly helpful and met us at the accommodation to show us around and gave us recommendations of pizzerias to eat.

The building is a bit “rough” but definitely nothing unexpected for the area.

The property is in an excellent location, just 5 minutes walk from Spaccanapoli yet in a quiet side street. The apartment itself is small but well organized and has all that is needed for a weekend trip. The bathroom is very spacious. Everything is clean and well organized. Dario has been super communicative and very helpful.

The room together with the bathroom was very nice and clean. The air conditioning was working great which was very important since our stay was during end of July. The location is just beneath via dei Tribunali which is the street with biggest offer of bars, restaurants and also the sightseeing area.

Everything on the place was new. Fit to description and very nice rooms. Very good place in centro storico, right in the heart of Napoli. Some of the best pizzerias are a few minutes walk away.

The entrance of the building is not the nicest and a bit confusing when you first arrive, but it is not part of the the same company so don’t let it affect you too much. The floor owned by the company is really nice.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a nice few days. We had great communication with the friendly and helpful host who gave suggestions for places to go in Naples. The area has a lot of cultural history which adds to the experience. Overall very good value for the price.

We were their first Booking.com clients, so maybe inexperience, but the cleaning fee was missed off from the original booking fee. Shower ran out of hot water for a second shower, but I am sure this will be corrected...but generally bathroom facilities good.

The apartment is located in a narrow Naples back street, full of character. The shared courtyard is a little dark, but typical of the historic quarter. However, the apartment itself is bright, well decorated, very clean and really comfortable. There is a small balcony, where you can experience the outside atmosphere. This is a wonderful small oasis and a great place to experience the area. Really close to excellent bars and restaurants. The host Dario and his brother were very friendly.

The room had a terrible smell like mold. And when we told that to the owner, he said that the room was new and maybe that smell was because the room was closed. We had opened the window for many time and the smell was the same. The room is renovated but the building was very old. Also to go to the room, we had to take the stairs but the stairs were old and creepy and like from another era. Moreover we asked if we could have an iron before going, but the iron was delivered to us 4 days afrer our arrival. And we also asked for extra toilet paper because there was not enough for a 7 day stay, but they didn't give us and they didn't even tell us that they cannot afford it to us. In addition the room was located in a very narrow street. Although I understand that naples is full of narrow streets, the street of the appartment was like a horror movie. And we only had a WhatsApp communication and there was noone there if we needed anything. Also the owner told us the last day of our stay that the taxes must be paid by cash or bank transfer. In booking it was written that the taxes are paid on site but not mentioned the method of the payment. And we also didn't receive any receipt for that.

- The most important thing is that there is no luggage room, so you'll have to find a store in the city center to store the luggage if you arrive early and if you leave late (after 10.00 am). That is highly inconvenient, because you'll have to drag all your stuff on the bumpy roads and you pay ~30 euros each time. The host replied to our messages, but didn't really help with finding solutions. So in our case, add another 60 euros. For that hassle and money, we rather would've booked a hotel with services included. - Next to the apartment, they are renovating a room. They were building starting from the morning, so there was a lot of noise from early on. - We booked for 3 nights, but not once the room was cleaned or towels were replaced. To be expected in an apartment, so we didn't really mind, but would be great to offer the service. - The heavy door on the balcony closed, so we were stuck on the balcony in the heat. We realized that's not really safe, luckily we had brought a phone outside and we could call the host - who turned up in 20 mins to open the door so that was helpful. - Although the rooms looks good esthetically, the facilities are not as great. The bathroom smells a bit funny the entire time. Maybe because there's no real air extraction system, though there is a little window. - The host requested the tourist tax very last minute and we had to leave the exact amount in cash on the table, so we had to go through another last-minute hassle to arrange this exact amount.

The location was great, at the heart of the historical center and a safe area. The room looked good esthetically. The balcony was a really nice addition. Great that there's a fridge and some stuff to make basic meals.
