Very comfortable beds. Clean room. The view from our room is amazing. We really do enjoy our stay there.

Wish it has kettle in our room for a wee coffee and tea, and a small fridege would be lovely.And the older lady could be more approachable and friendly. But otherwise all was good.

Really nice and quiet hotel, nice little rooftop to relax. Staff were very friendly .

Easy access and parking. Good breakfast. Clean room and fast wifi. We were able to check in at midnight. Just ask in advance and they will arrange everything for you.

We really enjoyed our stay in hotel Raffl. The fact that the hotel is just outside Bolzano is only an advantage. Lovely, peaceful surroundings, big parking and nice garden. We loved that the hotel provides dinners with every day new menu - great option when we were coming back tired and hungry after hiking day. Breakfasts were also good, everyday the same options but the choice was big enough to compose a different breakfast every day ;) hotel staff was friendly and helpful :)

Overall everything was great, keep in mind that if you’re a light sleeper you may hear other people snoring and in my case the little aircon screen was quite too bright at night when the aircon was on - it would often trouble me with falling back asleep at night but it doesn’t mean your experience will be the same 😉

Sitting on the balcony in the evening overlooking the apple trees was nice. The duvets on the bed were cosy The girl on reception was friendly and helpful :)

It’s really in the middle of nowhere next to an industrial estate, which is why they give you a free pass on buses and the lift pass in town ( the pass is a great bonus but would prefer to walk in to town given the option) They could do something more with the rooftop jacuzzi area - lots of untapped potential here. Dinner was just a set buffet menu- you can’t just order a single meal.

They offered jacuzzi facilities upon arrival, good breakfast, nice outdoor area for breakfast.

In the middle of nowhere, rooms need renovation (atleast new paint).

Good air con in the room, breakfast included and free parking. Great spot for accessing the Dolomites each day! Good roof top with sun loungers and a hot tub, but staff weren’t forthcoming with how to access it on check in so do ask. You also get a free bus pass so make sure to ask on check in. Nice staff too!

Very basic room, no mini fridge. Small balcony with only one seat.

Afternoon tea was nice.

The staff misinform guests. They need training and direction. Owners should pay attention.

There was an amazing wrap around balcony for our room that had excellent views. The onsite restaurant was very good.

The location was impossible to find based on the address. Even standing in the lobby, the address mapped to 34 minutes away. We added over an hour to our trip while attempting to find it. Mapping to the location coordinates solved the issue. There wasn't much in walking distance (under 30 minutes walk) in terms of restaurants, but there was a very good restaurant onsite where we ended up eating for both dinner and breakfast.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Raffl. Everything matched the description exactly – the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The check-in was smooth and the staff were kind and helpful. The location was great for a short stop during our travels. We would gladly come back again. Thank you!

The bed was comfy and we really enjoyed the breakfast.

Our room faced the road and the walls were thin, so it was a bit noisy. The room was also very small so it was hard to fit our suitcases in.

Staff very friendly and helpful . Food lovely , spoke English and provided gluten free options very comfortable bed and air conditioning , small balcony good hot shower

Little dated and thin towels

Reception staff were very welcoming and assisted greatly. All staff do a great job at this place. Breakfast was very good. In house restaurant meals were very good. Bolzano card was excellent for using public transport and getting around town. Cable car ride to Ritten is a must do.

Nothing to dislike.

Breafast was good but there was lack of hot meals during breakfast e.g. simple scrambled eggs would be nice
