There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like – everything exceeded our expectations.

We stayed as a family of four (two adults and two kids aged 5 and 7), and everything was simply perfect – starting from the kind and helpful staff who welcomed us warmly, gave us a map, and recommended great local restaurants, attractions, and places worth visiting. The breakfast was excellent, the atmosphere was always full of smiles, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and of a very high standard. We were also positively surprised by the elevator in such a small property. The garden and pool area were beautifully arranged, creating a perfect space for both us and our children to relax and feel special.

The hospitality of the owners is beyond exceptional—they went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect and that I felt truly welcome and comfortable. Whether it was offering great local tips or simply having a nice chat, they always made time and showed genuine care. It’s hard to put into words the good vibes and warm atmosphere they create—you really have to come here and experience it for yourself. It was a little difficult to find and the streets were tight.

Wonderful setting. The owners are very helpful and considerate. Nice elevator for luggage and beautiful views from balcony.We had our small dog and there were nice areas for him to relieve himself.

The room was beautiful and very clean. When we arrived the owner upgraded us with a large balcony room.the customer service was the best we ever experienced. As soon as we arrived we felt welcomed. We also were informed of all the different attraction the city offered. We were given advice on where to go. We enjoyed our stay so very much.

Very warm welcome on arrival and we were given lots of information about the area and getting around. We even got a welcome drink and a room upgrade which was lovely! The team was so friendly and extremely helpful. We don't speak very good Italian and so the staff helped us arrange taxis and dinner (we don't drive unfortunately). Our room was exceptionally clean and even had a mini bar which was handy. Very good prices too! It was also nice having a pool for those lazy days which was very quiet most of the time. I can't thank the team enough for their wonderful service and how helpful they were. Nothing was too much trouble and you made our stay that extra bit special!

Hosts were welcoming, the a/c in bedroom and apartment were nice and cold. Rooms exceptionally clean. Large bedroom and comfortable bed . The kitchen/dining area looked like it had supplies though we did not use it. When checking in the owner provided detailed information for around the town. There was a pool though didn’t use it but looked lovely and clean. Parking right in front of the accommodation. Delicious and varied breakfast.

The corridors can be noisy, the doors doesn't filter anything. Nothing to be concerned about.

Looks like a recently renovated hotel, family operated. Rooms are clean and can compete with any other newish Western European hotel room. Staff was exceptionally kind, great pool area.

The only thing we didn't like was the noise. The way the hotel is built is quiet open so the noise travels quite a bit dogs barking, doors opening just nosie like that.

This was our second stay at rainbow resort as we loved it the first time we stayed a few years ago. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it. It is a family fun buissness and all the hosts were so friendly and polite. They speak English as well which always helps. We got a room upgrade which was really spacious with a balcony.

Firstly the lovely welcoming owners , comfort and cleanliness of facilities.the location close to eateries and everything we wanted to see or do.Daisy was better than a tourist centre with lots of great information she helped shape our holiday.the parking was free and secure.Grest breakfast to get you going. I highly recommend a stay here.

Some of the roads were a bit narrow but our friendly hosts were able to advise us where to find the wider and more user friendly roads.

Not the prettiest neighborhood but, not that bad.

We usually don't look for hotels during our trips - at least not as a first choice. This one caught our attention and, as a last minute booking, I have to say we were not disappointed. Everything was very clean. The room had plenty of space. The balcony had a hanger for wet clothing - useful after a dip in the pool. Talking about the pool, it is located just beside, a 10 seconds walk. There is also a free parking just in front of the hotel. The breakfast - buffet style - is generous and various. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate to ask them for a restaurant recommendation.

Very welcoming staff - as we had early flight, they prepared breakfast bags for us. Also showed the fastest way to Salt Laguna as we arrived in the hotel shortly before sunset.

I should have booked for a week

From the moment we rang the buzzer to gain entry to the time we departed we were treated like royalty. Even a small taste of Marsala on arrival. The position, rooms, outdoor area with pool and breakfast area were modern, well maintained and so inviting. I could have stayed here a whole week. Best spot to stay in Marsala as it so close to the island, salt pans and beautiful marine environment. Loved it!!!
