Nice hotel, good breakfast, clean room. Good location.

Loud AC in the room

Great location near the centre...

This hotel is a little bit further away from downtown area, but there are still plenty of places (restaurant, bar..) nearby. The breakfast was really good and tasty, it gave us a good start for the day.

However the room was really clean, there was a strange smell.

What was supposed to be just a one night stop on the way to Tuscany turned out to be a very nice surprise. The people in the hotel were so nice the moment we arrived, helped us in what we needed and were smiling, super efficient, fast and professional. We parked our car right there. The restaurant was also very good and we loved not having to walk anywhere far with our baby and enjoy dinner in the hotel. We had an amazing stay as the bed was super comfortable, with excellent quality sheets and towels. Black out curtains creating perfectly dark room, but also simple curtains are there if you prefer some light. Washable floors, no carpet! Enough place to put luggage and clothes on. The bathroom was new and clean, hot water running, bidet was there and we appreciate those even more now when travelling with a toddler. We had a fine view, the city centre is near, nice walk in a nice neighbourhood. Excellent breakfast, the only exception for the machine coffee, but of course you can have a proper cappuccino from the bar - we did not have time to try it but next time!

Having to leave! :) I was very satisfied with this choice and I would definitely come back. If you can improve one thing, please have the city empty the glass containers a bit later on saturday morning. But my husband overslept this anyway, so no super big deal. I guess the wooden blinders for windows work magic!

I booked on the main hotel family room and they told me when I attended they send me to another one they had 5 minutes walk to another one they had

the cleaning staff did not check that there was no shower gel in the bathroom, the shower gel tube was empty, the toilet flapper was not working properly too bad, because the hotel is nice, comfortable one

We had a room in an adjacent building. The checkin process was easy and the staff was friendly. Good breakfast and we are just 10-15 minutes walk from the city center. The free parking is also a big plus.

The adjacent building was not that nice, the corridors were dirty (cigarette buds on the floor), and the room didn't feel very nice.

Nice and quiet place. Helpful staff. Modern equipment. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel is located within a 15-minute walking distance from the city center. The parking is available in the hotel's courtyard. The room was really nice and clean with enough towels and toiletries provided. The kids liked the bunk bed. The breakfast was buffet style one with many different options. They kept bringing food from the kitchen and refilling the trays all the time. I particularly liked the coffee as it was from a machine and not those awful hotel style ones.
