However, we are very sorry to hear that your recent stay at our hotel did not meet all your expectations. Suggestions from our guests are extremely important as they help us understand what we need to improve. In fact, we are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the difference between the actual size of your room and the photos you saw on the website. Unfortunately, considering that our Maison is located in the historic city center in a historic building , the size of the rooms of the same category, are all differents: We know that the rooms you had was one of the smallest. Regarding what happened with the alleged double booking with expedia or booking, my colleague promptly explained that we had a case of homonymy for the bookings, so we checked which one was hers to operate correctly. Regarding the late check out, we are sorry for not having shown you our availability as you expected, we had given you a series of information but unfortunately we were not clear enough to avoid your disappointment. We apologize for this. However, I confirm that in our staff there are people who speak Portuguese - namely our Deputy Director - and more people who speak Spanish as well as English, French, German, Hungarian, Russian, Ukrainian and Filipino.
