Everything was great, the room was clean and comfortable, the personal friendly,we really liked our stay.

The only thing was, that it was a really acid smell in the room, I think it was some room perfume that is used in this hotel.

I loooooved everything especially the snacks that kept my children so happy...also it was so so clean..everytime and on time too

Everything was just so perfect... hopefully, the bed can be a bit higher... preferred that way. But that's it

Excellent location, very peaceful and with metro connection (which is a 3-minute walk from the apartment), you can be anywhere quickly and easily.

The bed is actually a sofa so once it is made for sleeping, there is very little room to walk in the room. But it is comfortable for sleeping.

It was really enjoyable, felt comfortable😌 Me and my family liked so much. Definitely recommend.

The neighbours of the upper floor. Very noisy, to the limit of decency honestly. It’s a pity for the B&B which is extremely comfortable.

Amazing location - 3-5 min walking to the metro. Very easy to get to Vatican and Coliseum for example, opportunity to park your car: parking places in the middle of the road in front of the building. Parking is public, but easy to arrange through the machine. Cost 1.5 EUR/hour on working days, free during weekend. Air conditioning was very good, clean and cozy room, tons of snacks included which you can use as breakfast or just eat it at once :) 2 min till McDonalds in case you come at night and need a quick meal. Otherwise there are other places to eat around. Busy street, but the room was very quiet facing the inner yard so we could sleep with open window. Communication was very easy and it was easy to find the building. All access was automatic with codes, but we had no problems with any of that. Good wifi, fridge, coffee machine with good coffee, milk, shower supplies - all amazing! Very recommend this place and in case of traveling to Rome again, I will definitely stay there.

The room was very clean and the location was also great! They make the room every day while we are away, so you feel fresh when you come back. The air-conditioning system works beautifully!! It is really quiet and well functioning. I really loved it!

Breakfast was nothing like Italian style nor luxurious, but you are not in a hotel buffet, so it is ok. One drawback is if you have noisy neighbours, you can hear them, but luckily, it wasn't that bad. Usually, people respect nighttime manners, so it was not a big deal.

The staff were very helpful with our special requests. It is clean and comfortable; the location is perfect, only a few minutes from the Metro A station. 10/10

Super clean, easy check-in process, bed and pillow very comfortable, they provide the basic for an Italian breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, jam, biscuits, cereals, yogurt….), the area felt safe, lively and not too touristy - although being only 20 min by foot from the colosseum. The internal court is very peaceful.

We had a room on the many street where you have traffic the whole night. The room has good windows but the noises were bothering us a lot and we slept well only from the second night when we bought ear plugs.

Location for ease of access to the metro. Felt like it was safer and quieter area than others (certainly better than Termini). There are excellent osterie nearby (10 mins walk) for food that are not aimed at tourists and plenty of shops for a browse. The communication with the host was quick.

Bed could be more comfortable.

The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. We loved the snacks and coffee we were given on our arrival. The location is convenient, very close to public transport, but some of the main attractions can be reached on foot, too. Also, there are some good coffee shops/restaurants nearby.

Everything is perfect. The rooms are very clean and more beautiful in reality. The location is so close to the metro/bus station, but also only 25 min away from Colosseum and the streets on the way are beautiful…and..from the Colosseum you go and see other attractions by walk easily. The owner is very helpful, you receive all the information you need to enter easily. The breakfast was very good for us, because we were leaving early in the morning to enjoy our day and we could eat something fast or take something with us on our way. The location is very, very safe!

Great. The area felt very safe, with surveillance in place which gave me peace of mind. The location is super convenient—just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to get around the city. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with all the facilities I needed. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable. Highly recommend for couples, families. The coffe is great in the room, there is space to deposit clothes, the bathroom really spacious and clean. The towels were very clean. Really easy to get to the property.

The breakfast. We expected it to be a real breakfast, but in fact it was just some snacks in the room. It was good, but expected it to be a breakfast, not a snack.

The location of the apartment is great, walking distance to city centre. Directions for entering the apartment were very clear, as was the rest of the communication with the host. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. One day we had a problem with the hot water system (it stopped working and we couldn't take a shower since the water was too cold) - we understand that's not host's fault, but we expected a bit better communication about it (until the next day we didn't have any information about how the situation will be resolved). In the end, after a day and a half, we were transferred to another room and everything was great until the end of our stay. Surely would recommend coming here.

Very thin covers- there is no central heating so one gets a bit cold at night under this type of covers.
