Everything about the Reggio lovely rooms is just perfect. From the great location, to the very comfortable bed, cleanliness, and right through to the adorable dining/ kitchen area. This is a perfect location to stay in whilst in the town. Safe, clean, comfortable: excellent value for money.

There was nothing to dislike! Everything great!

Perfect location for exploring the town in a peaceful area. Bus service to the station right on the doorstep. Close to many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Clean comfortable rooms, very modern. The kitchen facility was a welcome bonus especially with use of the washing machine and drier. Andre was an excellent host. Only option to choose in Reggio Emilia!

I had a great stay! The place was very clean and well-maintained. Although there’s no reception, the hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, and it was easy to reach out to them whenever needed. The location was also super convenient—close to everything I needed. Would definitely recommend :).

Absolutely Nothing.

This lovely little hotel (aka boutique rooms) were exceptional. Fantastic location in the heart of Reggio. Spotlessly clean and nice and modern, I can't recommend this place enough along with the communication from the property since we were unfamiliar with booking accommodation in Italy. Andre was incredibly helpful and clear with instructions. Upon check out I bumped into the cleaning lady and she was so nice. The whole stay was nothing short of awesome and really great value for money. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Modern apartments with really good location, a lots of bars and restaurants that are near by the apartment. The hosts are the best open to support you and help you in any situation. Place that I will book next time for sure and also recommend to others.

If you have mobility issues, can't carry your suitcase, ask for apartment 1 or 2.

The location in the centre of town was perfect for exploration, and yet very quiet and like an Italian movie :-) - Opening the shutter sin the morning to the gorgeous piazza - wonderful!! Everything about this accommodation was absolutely perfect, so clean, quiet, comfortable, and perfect! 10 out of 10, we would stay again.

My room was not super spacious but there was more than enough space for me. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The room was clean, tidy and the bed was quite comfortable. The kitchen upstairs was very clean and had many appliances as well as essentials for cooking. I had a very enjoyable evening cooking in that kitchen. Andre was very friendly in his messages and very responsive. The self- checkin and check out instructions were very clear and I had absolutely no issues with that.
