Service was excellent - very accommodating as far as leaving luggage prior to check in and on last day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was ideal. Bonus to have a kettle and small fridge in the room.

The walls of the room are thin for even the slightest noise - we are early to bed people but luckily this didn't prove to be an issue.

Bad wifi, safe in room, was not fitted, not connected to power, so useless. Mini fridge not plugged in. No international TV Channels, so not even news channels. Most sockets are lose. Room very warm in summer time, there is no air conditioning, nor a fan. We notified all the defects the first day and receival was confirmed, but no action was taken.

Great location. The finishes looked nice and newer, but in reality this functioned more like an older Best Western or Holiday Inn in the US.

The shower was tiny. The AC was weak with a fixed thermostat probably around 22C, could barely open the window, so air circulation was poor. There was a faint funky odor throughout the room and even by the front door. The bathroom faucet was poorly positioned and sprayed a bit sideways, so at low power it poured into the sink rim and made a mess. The toilet constantly ran. The lighting was weak, especially in the bathroom.

Fabulous location.

This is misrepresented as a hotel. There was no one there to check us in upon arrival at 4:00 PM and we waited with our luggage in the hallway an hour before he finally showed up. The room was not cleaned so we had to wait for another couple hours before we finally got checked in. There was mold in the bathroom. The faucet screen was black and disgusting so we only drank bottled water. The shower also had was also extremely dirty and the wand was broken so my wife could barely use the shower.

Everything was perfect. We arrived late, so the keys were already in the room. The room was big and cleaned everyday. Location of the property is walking distance from centre, so this was great convenience!

There was a slight smell from the drain in the bathroom, but there was a window so we ventilated everyday.

It was very clean. Lovely decor. Fresh towels provided everyday, along with coffee pods, more toilet paper, and the bed was made. This property is walking distance to everywhere. Will definitely come stay here again.

Rooms where clean and great location. Ideal can check in remotely and suited us as we had a late arrival.

It was large

The quality of the furniture, dressing and furnishings was similar to university student accommodation. Adequate, but not more. It was also sparsely furnished - minimal chair, no table to sit at and little things didn’t exist like hooks for coats- would have been pretty useful in a wet Roman October. There was plenty of space and a good sized entrance area for this sort of thing. It could so easily have been so much better. It was very expensive for what it was

Location is perfect, 10 min by walk to the touristic centre, 25-30 min by walk to the Colloseo. Gianluca was kind and always in touch via Whatsapp in case is something needed.

Rooms don't have any noise suppression. I were waking up during the night every time our neighobs decided to watch the TV or talk to each other. The reception was almost always empty. There wasn't a proper cleaning, the staff just changed the towels and was making a bed, that is it, all the dust and hair we had on the floor before the cleaning kept lying on the floor even after. a small fridge was implemented into the cupboard wrongly, so you need to think how to open it.

The room was amazing and in a great location. The host was great in providing local knowledge and recommendations.

Initially finding the place is quite difficult, especially as there is another place across the road with a similar name.

I did not receive breakfast. However, did appreciate a coffee maker in the room.

I did not like the bathroom sink at all. The faucet was hard to control – either a trickle of water came out or if turned up it spurted as the water pressure increased. Water splashed all over as a result. Also, while someone came to make the beds and empty the trash on a daily basis, neither sugar, coffee, nor toilet paper was replenished.
