This hotel was amazing in every respect. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The service in the restaurant was excellent and the setting was outstanding. Thank you. We will definitely be back.

Charming place with helpful and kind staff!

All was wonderful

A beautiful location with stunning views and the service was exceptional. Everyone was extraordinarily nice. We travel with two dogs and have never stayed at a more dog friendly place.

I had high expectations but the hotel for sure exceeded all my expectations - the views were great, food amazing and staff super helpful.

The breakfast was great. From the variety and the location point of view. Service was prompt and very friendly. Definitely worth the price. The dinner was nice from a selection point of view and from the location. Daily changing menus are a great choice in case you prefer more options. Wine menu is rich. Booking is necessary in case you want to be sure to get a spot. If you have hiking plans, there are quite some hikes you can start right from the Hotel or within a short car ride.

Friendly and helpful staff Excellent location

Amazing breakfast, Italien flavors with a great view. Dinner was some of the best ravioli ever tasted and the service excellent throughout the stay! The view from the hotel is outstanding.

Stunning view from the balcony. Great breakfast and superb service, overall a terrific experience - can not recommend it enough, we will be back for sure.

Its location is absolutely stunning, couldn’t fault it. The bedrooms were beautiful and we had a lake view room which was amazing. Lovely pool area, quite small very very quiet and private. The restaurant was lovely too with windows that opened fully to provide a terrace effect to the front of the hotel gardens. The food was fabulous too, as was breakfast. As taxi services not the best in Iseo, the hotel arranged to take us into Iseo for a small fee.

The corridors were a little dated and probably could have done with some fresh paint and new carpets, but that’s probably a bit picky. The hotel would have benefitted from some outdoor seating at the front as that’s where the sun was in the evening. The terrace at the back of the hotel lost the sun quite early.

Don´t really know where to start: An amazing service, everybody was super attentive and friendly, and the rooms with the view were stunning (we started with a garden view, then upgraded ourselves to a lake view). But then again, also the restaurant was great - breakfast as well as the dinner... definitely a 5 start recommendation! Also a beautiful location for weddings!

An amazing and unique view from the room. A unique and nicely furnished suite. An excellent breakfast and a splendid restaurant. The location is unique and attractive. You can see almost the whole of Lago Iseo from room 14.

Swimming pool is not suited for small children. It is 150 cm deep across the whole pool.

The room view was exceptional. Staff very helpful and restaurant exceptional!

A little remote but not a real issue.

Stunning hotel and grounds, with Incredible views over the lake! Room was very comfortable and clean with amazing cold air con. Restaurant was fantastic we ate there both nights. Staff very friendly and accommodating, squeezing us in for dinner at short notice, which was very appreciated!

There is no bar at the hotel, so you can only get drinks by ordering them from the staff when they came to the pool or terrace. The staff were fantastic and very helpful - but understandably this ordering system is quite inefficient so it meant it could take a while to get drinks around the pool / terrace. The hotel hosts a lot of weddings (which they did make us aware of at the time of booking) but during the wedding times you can’t get access to the lake views, which was a bit of a shame!

really nice getaway spot. excellent staff, friendly and helpful. breakfast best on our one week road trip with a spectacular view over the lake, and well worth the money. we had dinner as well, and while the food was good and the atmosphere and staff excellent, the price for the dinner was not fully matching the food on the plates.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, everything was perfect! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is absolutely delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
