There was no one there to book us in, so when we had a problem we had to contact the owner by phone.

We were upgraded due to faulty shower and the replacement accommodation was exceptional!

Most windows had mosquito nets, but the ones in bathroom didn’t.

Great villa made into a hotel. Spacious, clean, air-conditioned, quiet, private parking available. The staff is outstanding! Such a pleasant stay!

The concierge tended towards impatience, conveying a sense that he did not want to be bothered much by contact with clients' and their requests for information.

The kitchen "hut" in the room took up unnecessary space I'm my opinion, but I also didn't need to use it, if it's something you'd use it would probably be worth it.

We where in the back garden house and it was very quite (except the owl by our window in the night) beautiful place and was very clean. Generally 25 minute walk to some great spots., so didn't really use taxi or busses. The back yard garden was beautiful and relaxing

It was fine and close to the center. The bed easy to sleep. No noise in the night. Small problems in the bathroom because of poor ventilation. The shower head has to be changed. The personal very friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse in Florence. The place has a classic Florentine style that makes it feel cozy and authentic. Check-in was super quick and easy, and the location is perfect—just a 20-minute walk to the city center. If you're driving, there's a secure parking lot just a minute away. The room was comfortable, with a great bed for a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a nice, spacious shower as well. I also loved the large veranda with a little table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the garden. The Esselunga supermarket is just around the corner, which made it really convenient to grab anything I needed. Overall, it’s a great spot to stay while visiting Florence!

A toaster ?

The hotel manager was excellent and welcoming. We had a kitchenette but was just missing toaster, otherwise everything was great. The most important thing for me is a comfortable bed and pillows, and that is what we got. The bonus is a very clean room and facilities, and we got that too.

Nothing. Everything met my expectations.

Location close to Piazza Savonarola where I had to be for work. Elevator (some Airbnbsl in the area did not have it). Excellent value for the money.

The room was huge but it felt empty. There wasn't really anything special inside the room, not even a large mirror inside the room and also no water or snacks like in other places.

The room was very big and clean. staff is very nice. The hotel has a deal with a nearby parking which is very close and nice if you have car. The hotel is a 20-minute walk away from the center.

The interior is a bit dated.

The accommodation's location is great. It is a bit outside of the centre and great to get away from the noise and trouble. There is a little garden to enjoy. The room was spacious and comfortable.

We had a small problem with the shower head in the bathroom — it was difficult to turn off. But it was manageable.

The room was big and well decorated, the beds were comfortable. The room has a small kitchen. You can take a bus or walk to city center, it’s a bit far (~20 minutes) but still very walkable.

There was really nothing to dislike. Easy access to the station by Public Transport although the bus schedule has no connection to reality.

A beautifully appointed room. Such a sense of past time elegance. Pleasant gardens to the rear of the property. Quirkily detached but the IT access works fine and the honesty service at reception delivered an excellent bottle of Chianti at a very reasonable price.

The place and the location

The location is a bit far from the main attractions in Florence. Every day was ended by a long 20-30 minute walk to the hotel. There was no time saving by using public transport either. This can't be helped but if you are willing to fit in the extra exercise (eg walk off ask the gelato you eat during the day), the hotel is well worth it.

The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and have excellent amenities. There was a kitchenette and air conditioning in the room. The courtyard is also very pretty and has an excellent view. It was all in all an excellent value for money.

All the amenities were there and we were made to feel very comfortable. Clean and very well presented. I would highly recommend the property to anyone visiting Florence.

Bathroom facilities are cheaper than you expect, usually there is a correlation between furniture of the room, bathroom and the price - but we had some issues with shower door opening and door to the bathroom definitely needs to be replaced.

Room is very large and ceilings are high. Very comfortable mattress. Locations is not far away from the center.
