Mobile reception is very poor and wifi is not that strong especially near the pool areas

We liked every part of the residence, being pool, rooms, breakfast and personnel, but the exceptional part was the silence around you. The peace and quite made me decide to come back again another time for sure.

I had to advise the shower head was broken .it went everywhere and soaked the bathroom. They did fix it the next day though left all the packaging in the sink. I told them 2 bulbs also blown in the bathroom but they were not fixed.

Staff were very friendly, room was spacious and clean.breakfast was plentiful and it was lovely to sit out on the patio. The evening meal on my first night was just right and the waiter / pool bar man ( didn't get his name) was very helpful with the wine and so energetic. For me this was a good place to stay as alone female traveller first time away on my own . There was lots of female staff and they spoken good English.

Air conditioning in Appartment Terrazza Kamerina was not working. Unable to fix during the 7 days we stayed there. Apparently an animal had eaten some wiring during the closed season. But I would have hoped this might have been checked before reopening. Fortunately the weather was hot but not overpowering.

Relaxed and comfortable. Lovely setting with beautiful plants in a natural and not overly curated landscape. Comfortable appartment for 6 with each of 3 bedrooms having an en suite bathroom. Kitchen simple but functional and having a dishwasher and washing machine very helpful. Easy access to Ragusa, Modica and the coast for culture and restaurants. Don’t miss Donnafugata Castle and the nearby restaurants.

As the property is a wonderful place in general, I get disappointed that the garden was so unkept, definitely it needs some love. Also there were some rubbish around the swimming pool area. The lots of flies especially at breakfast time was really annoying. There was no elevator to the rooms which is necessary. It has many potential, it could be your dreamy place, but it seems abandoned. Too expensive for my expectations, it definitely needs improvements.

Swimming pool area was a wonderful place with great views to the nature where you could relax for hours. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom. Comfortable enough bed. Nice breakfast. Close to Ragusa Imbla, about 20min drive. Staff was really helpful and friendly.

There are some improvements I could suggest. Not as complaints, but I feel this could take this place to the next level: - As some have mentioned, the garden could use some love. The garden looks a bit overgrown, I believe a neatly kept garden would make the property feel even more beautiful! - I experienced some nuisance because of flies, especially around the pool. I’m not sure if something can be done about this, it's in the countryside. It's probably best to bring some insect repellant. - Although the kitchen was almost fully equipped, things like a cutting board or coffee machine would be convenient.

The property is stunning; it overlooks a green valley with olive trees, where cows roam. In the evening you can sometimes hear their bells. The tranquility is what attracted me and it didn’t disappoint. There are two pools; one infinity pool and a regular one, so there’s always enough space and peace. The infinity pool had a bar where from around noon they served drinks and some light bites. The breakfast area is just beautiful as well. Breakfast was good, they also served a nice dinner. I stayed in one of the apartments. It was spacious and cool, with almost everything I needed. The quiet at night is wonderful for a deep rest. The staff was always ready to help, I loved the beauty of the property and the pool - I can highly suggest this for anyone wanting a peaceful getaway, or a place to write. Also, they serve delicious wine!

I liked everything. No complaints at all.

Every single thing. The staff was the most incredible I've ever experienced. From day 1, they made sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, they accommodate any reasonable requests. Always helpful, polite, and smiley. I will recommend this place to anyone I know. I will definitely come back again in the Relais parco Cavalonga. You guys are amazing.

Cannot recommend this place enough. It is an absolute oasis set on quiet farmland a short 15 minute drive out of Ragusa. The staff were so helpful and assisted us with many things. The rooms were extremely spacious and spotless equipped with everything you needed. The breakfast was generous and delicious.

Set in a very calm and tranquil spot, surrounded by pomegranate, figs and paw paw cactus, this is a magical location. 2 beautiful pools with restful accommodation to match. Dinner is spectacular and in the summer served outside under olive trees.

This place has loads of potential, but it is in dire need of a refurbishment. It looks and feels like the place hasn't been maintained or upgraded in 15 + years.

There wasn’t proper AC in the room, so sometimes at evening time room was little bit humid. Swimwear or towels took really long time to get dry.

Lovely place to relax, we really enjoyed there. Hotel is in middle of the coyntryside, so that place really has some nice views to the nature. Hotel was also easy to find on the roadside. Staff was also super helpful and kind everytime we needed something. Breakfast is totally worth the money.

no care for outdoor space or effort made to create a nice sitting area meaning there is no vibe in the evening. would make a difference to plump the cushions and put some candles out so not having drinks in the dark. service is variable depending on which member of staff is working. it’s family friendly which can be disruptive around the pool areas for couples and single travellers. no loos near the pool area.
